They are open at a new location. They did the installation also. Everything was very professionally done. They scheduled an appointment for me. Initially, I had ordered for the treatments through the one of the salespeople. The woman, who was contracted by them, came out and measured everything. It took a while but it was all taken care of. They brought everything to my house and they had been well taken care of. Another person came out to do the installation at the same time. He installed everything well. The only problem was with the Roman shades which did not look even when closed so I called them back. They came back out and fixed it. I was happy with everything. I will use them again in the future.

I used a consultant in the design center to assist me with selecting the furniture for my 3 rooms. She really listened to what I wanted and for the most part really understood my taste. She presented me with designs for all 3 rooms which included a visit to my house to take measurements...which I thought was a great service! I am pleased with almost everything I purchased. She didn't estimate the space in the living room correctly and not all the furniture fits comfortably, so I had to rearrange. Also, I purchased a mirror to go above my dresser and I had no idea that the delivery men would not take it out of the box...they never even opened it to make sure it wasn't broken. It is too heavy for me to move and I live alone. So, now I have to hire someone to take it out of the box and hang it. When I inquired as to why they did not help me with that item, the consultant said they "didn't mess with those things." I am not able to give them an "A" because of these reasons.

Every time we have shopped at Ethan Allen we have been completely satisfied. On our last purchase we needed a new chair and ottoman for our living room. Jane came by our house, looked at our decor, and recommended some fabrics that ended up looking fantastic. This sale was not huge, but the amount of time she invested in us was. She got to know us and our tastes and then was able to show us a couple of choices that fit our room, budget, and preference. The chair was delayed in arriving so Jane reduced the price by $250 in order to make up for our inconvenience. We have been enjoying the chair for a few months now and could not be happier with Ethan Allen.
