Lisa and her team of two helpers arrived on time and went straight to work with minimal instructions. They all worked steady and effectively. After 1 hr. and 10 mins., our home was very clean. We were very pleased with their work.

We has used another housecleaner for over ten years who always did an excellent job. However, our previous housecleaner was not available because of family issues. After 10 years, we were concerned about using another service. However, Lisa and her team removed our concerns and made us very glad we called Cary Clean Team.

The price I pay is for per visit.  They are very efficient and they use retained members.  They’re in and out of my house in about an hour.  They do a really nice job.

I have used Cary Clean Team a number of times beginning when I broke my foot a few years back. I did not schedule them on a regular basis but they were responsive and always tried to fit me in when I called. For the most part, they did a good job cleaning--not excellent, but solid. However, one time they left all the lights off and were basically cleaning in the dark. I asked if they wanted the lights on and they said no, so I went around turning them on anyway. As far as price, they were a little higher than I was used to paying, but not outrageously so. They charged by the quarter hour and moved quickly. When they sent a new price list that was higher I decided they had priced themselves out of my market.
Although on the whole I was happy with them, on two occasions I found things broken that they had not told me about--in one case a $1000 collectible. I have a lot of fragile items and have always told cleaning people if they aren't comfortable dusting them to just skip them. I did not report these to management because in both cases I discovered the damage a few days after the fact. However, there are just my husband and I here and I know for sure that neither of us did the damage. I understand that things get broken but I don't like the cover-up.
I have fairly high expectations of housecleaning and am usually disappointed with the results. In the case of Cary Clean Team I was satisfied on the whole, but the incidents of breakage made me decide to look elsewhere.

I spoke with them earlier in the week and was looking for a monthly cleaning service. They were able to come out that week and clean for the first time. They stated that they did quotes by phone instead of coming out to quote, so I described the house and they quoted that it should be $96 per month to clean with a team of 3 for 1 hour.
It is important to know that they base pricing on how many cleaning people and how many hours it takes to clean, not a set price for the house. Our first cleaning ended up being $196 - a full $100 more than quoted because it was a first cleaning and not a maintenance cleaning - and they say the pricing will come down over time as they are just doing maintenance. I am not real fond of this pricing model. Our previous service had a set rate no matter how long it took them.
The work was very good. The house looked great and felt very clean, and I really like that they have a team leader who gets to know your home and leads the team that is cleaning. I am very happy with the work, but had a bit of sticker shock on the first time price.

Overall service is good but it varies. Sometimes their attention to detail is not good. At times there are items not put back in the original place, the toilet lids are not closed and shower curtains not pulled back, chairs are not placed back under the table after they vacumn. At one time they sprayed an orange scented air freshener before they left (which was great) but they have stopped that.
My house is always clean when I get home, but I am rarely and quot;Wowedand quot; or overly impressed. They do a good job and are affordable.

We have been using them for three years. They come once a month and they are just great. They are very flexible and very willing to meet our needs. I think the pricing is very fair. They are very efficient. I will continue to use them.

Overall service is acceptable. Sometimes items are not put back in their original place. I come home to a clean house but never get that feeling of "Wow, my house is clean!".

I don't expect a cleaning company to come into my home and find a big mess, so I spent time before they arrived putting away things that were out of place and washing all the throw rugs. When they left, I put clean linens on the beds, clean towels in the bathrooms, placed the rugs where they belonged, then I walked through the house marveling that the entire place now looked well kept and shiny! It's not something I do on a regular basis, but when I want the whole house to be "company ready" I call the Clean Team.

They are absolutely superb. Three of them come in. They spend about an hour.
