There is moisture that keeps getting caught between the glass and making it foggy. The first time he installed the window was in March of 2010 and it came with a 10 year warranty on the window and a 1 year warranty on the labor. Then in 2012, the window needed to be replaced and we had to pay for the labor, but the window was covered under the warranty. The window needs to be replaced again - the same issue is happening each time! We contacted him about the beginning March and he came out and took pictures of the issue. He said that he was going to go to the window place to get a new window and then would call us to schedule a time for installation. We haven't heard from him since. I have called and left a message every week. I just want him to stand behind the work and give us status on the job. We have told him that we are willing to work with him, but we just want status. We haven't received a response to our email or phone messages. In the past, I would have given him a B in professionalism. Today, I would give him an F.
