Great!! Tim and Kevin continue to amaze me with their contracting "abilities" . I have used them numerous times, there in NOTHING that they cannot do!!

Everything on my list was done perfectly and quickly. I never expected to get through the list in 3 hours (6 man hours). Some of the supplies I had purchased in advance were not correct. Tim arrives with a complete trailer full of equipment and supplies for just about every type of repair or project. They were punctual, neat, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend!

Tim and Kevin were awesome. Tim came over and walk through the options on installing our new range. We did not think it would fit and our old range had already been removed, so we really needed someone to think outside the box. Tim and Kevin trimmed the countertops and cabinets and were able to slide the range in. We are very pleased! We will definitely be using Rowland's Maintenance Repair Overhaul again! We feel like we finally found someone we can really trust!

This was one of the special deals offeed by Angie's List and I was totally satisfied with the results and professionalism. I put together a list of small projects and they were all completed within the timeframe provided for in the deal. I will definitely call Tim and Kevin for other larger projects down the road.

Two men showed up. We walked the house and identified what they could help me with, and what they couldn't. They got right to work and took care of everything on the list. Quick, quiet and efficient as they did everything. Very nice guys.

All I can say is that these guys are FABULOUS. We will definitely be calling them again for more repairs. Response time to make an appointment was the same day as request. Hand them a list and they can get things done. Time is well spent as they work hard and quickly. They pull a small trailer with equipment and are able to do most anything on the spot. I am definitely recommending them to friends and coworkers.

I enjoyed working with them and they were fast and did a great job. They showed up when they said they would. I gave them a list that was reasonable for them to finish within the Big Deal that I purchased. I will use them again!

These guys are fantastic! They have good communication via e-mail and phone and arrive promptly and with great attitudes. I initially reached out to them when I saw a Big Deal on Angie's List and recently asked them back because I was so impressed with their work, attitude, and felt their pricing was fair. I have been really pleased with all of the things I asked them to hang - curtain rods, pictures, etc. I feel they did a good job with the spackling and touch up paint, but can't speak to their ability to tackle larger jobs requiring spackling / painting. I will definitely use them again in the future when I have a list of "handyman" items.

They responded fast, showed up the next day, worked with amazing efficiency, did a perfect job, and left after less than an hour. One thing that makes them so good is that they carry a large trailer full of tools and supplies. I always do all the prep I can--move stuff out of the way, lay out parts, etc., to try to add to the efficiency. I don't use any other handyman; they have spoiled me.

They were great! There were 2 men so they each worked on seperate jobs. They installed a new ceiling fan, fixed a gate that was sticky or wobbly depending on the weather, fixed a crawlspace door, repaired the threshold on my front door and put the finishing touches on a bathroom vanity installation I had done. They caulked, put in 1/2 round moulding and siliconed open edges of the vanity where the 1/2 round wouldn't work. They had some pieces of the 1/2 round on their truck, as well as ,caulking and silicon. So, I was able to return the supplies I had purchased and save some money:) They had my inspect and approve each job before they went on to the next. They cleaned up after themselves and other than the great work you couldn't even tell that they had been there. Super job and money welll spent!

In one part of the service went well and in one part of the service, the job wasn't done properly. They were very nice and very professional. The first repair was fine. They don't come for an estimate first. They don't see the work first which I thought was a negative in that case. They told me they could paint the door. It wasn't painted the right way a few years ago and the paint was peeling off. We wanted to make sure they put the right paint on it. The paint they put on was white but the person who did the job did a poor job. It looked like somebody's child did the painting. I would not hire them for painting. He has an apprentice. There were two guys. The owner did the job on the rooms and he did extremely well. I thought his apprentice doesn't know how to paint and he should have told us that. It was disappointing. If they had done a good painting job, I would rehire them. I felt like they didn't know what they were doing. They also relied on people at the hardware store to tell them what paint to put on. So far, it hasn't peeled off. They're very professional and they listen to the customer.

I had to ask a couple of times if the material was enough as I had limited time to go get more. They did a good job, just need to understand the homeowner has to have information quicker and does not work on his time...after all, I am paying the bill.

It went well. He did exactly what I asked and also gave me ideas on how to continue to make home improvements that are cost effective. I plan on using his services again.

Tim is extremely prompt and efficient. Went over every detail and any estimated cost outside of the package I bought. Excellent communication and knows how to get the job done! I have called him for other jobs since then. He is now a part of my "contact list"!

Kevin was great. He kept me informed throughout the day. While I was out running an errand he called to say we were missing two hinges for the bathroom door. I made a quick stop and picked up the required hinges.

They were very professional and quick. Tim went and bought the items that were needed that I didn't have and I paid him after he finished the job for the items that he bought.

It went fabulously. First off, they showed up on time! Everything was done quickly. In weatherstripping the back door they even fixed the fact that it always stuck, now it works perfect. We have our house on the market, but I've informed my realtor that if she needs a handyman Tim Rowland is the man to call.

Wonderful! Tim was able to schedule the work a week and a half after calling, and he and his partner showed up promptly on the scheduled day. They were courteous, explained what they thought were the issues, and made the relevant repairs. They were knowledgeable and experienced, and we trust their work. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of a general handyman.

Tim came by with a member of his team and they hung 7 ceiling fans for me. I purchased an Angie's List deal that offered 6 hours of handyman services utilizing one person, or 3 hours utilizing two. Tim was extremely responsive to my inquiries and was available in very short order to do the work, about a week after making the deal purchase in fact. They came in and did a fabulous job in the time allotted in the special deal I purchased. The fans look great and I am already in communication with Tim about doing some additional work at my dad's house. I will definitely be using Rowland's again.

Really good guys and professional, You wont regret hiring them, i thing will make things go faster and smoother is to have a list and give it to them in the beginning when they come so they can split off and get as much as done possible, thanks again guys.
