Description of Work: Darrell and his crew replaced 2 sides of siding and trim on my house, rebuilt the deck of my front porch, pressure washed & stained my back bi-level deck, replaced outdoor lighting, replaced a rotted crawl space door, replaced bad trim moldings, and painted my house, along with other small interior jobs. He and his crew did an excellent job. I would recommend his company to anyone and have. He was great to work with and was almost always there when stated he would be. His clean-up was excellent too.

Description of Work: Darrell's team built a small deck for us off our back door. It is above and beyond what we expected, high quality, looks wonderful and they were a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: This was my second dealing with Darrel Schroyer, A+ Home Improvement and I am even more pleased and impressed than by the first time. They repaired damage to my screened porch, including replacing all screen and screen door. They replaced the railing on the extended deck beyond the porch when Darrel saw that the wood he had installed had warped. It was replaced by a treated wood against warping. They sealed the railing, painted the outside of the screened porch and put everything back just as it was. I just wish I could find other providers that are this good. You won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: He took over a week to return my call and then he said building stairs was beyond his scope at this time. He told me that he could do painting or spray washing ...anything like that. Why did he show up under remodel search?

Description of Work: Darrell Shroyer and his crew built a new screened-in porch, 12'X16', added on to the main living level of our home. It required building a deck first, about 6' to 8' off the ground as our lower level daylights on this side of the house. The structure included a shed type roof, the removal of an 8' picture window and installation of a new 8' sliding door. The porch included a cable rail railing and a finished tongue and grove ceiling. Darrell worked very closely with us to ensure the details and finish matched our house and our expectations. Both he and his crew were very professional, reliable, provided a timely completion and thoroughly cleaned the job site before finishing. The work started in October and was substantially completed in November. He came back in the spring to finish some minor items (only a couple of hours of work required). Darrell went out of his way to accommodate us throughout the process. I used his services once prior to this experience to install a window, and he did an excellent job on that project, so I was confident he would do well on the porch project. He exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use him again for future projects.

Description of Work: Built a wheelchair ramp from front door about 8 feet across porch then another 8 feet across the steps, then taking a 90 degree turn for another 8 feet to the driveway. His estimate was only slightly less than one of our other estimates, but Darrel proposed building a 4 foot wide ramp instead of a 3 foot one. To do that required removing an existing railing and post and then rebuilding them. He was knowledgeable about the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and performed his work in a professional manner and on time.

Description of Work: We recently replaced the windows in our home and were desperately in need of siding. We hired A+ to wrap the house with Tyvek, trim and install cement fiberboard siding.

Description of Work: The handyman came out three weeks ago and patched some ceilings, did some painting, and replaced a door lock.
