Description of Work: Bought the 1 room special. They did a great job on that room so asked them for estimate on another much larger room. They were able to finish both rooms in one day. Good quality painters. They work as a 2 person team and are efficient and professional.

Description of Work: The guy came and said that for the porch or deck would be more than the quoted price I was given over the phone. Then he said that both the deck and the porch would be done for the quoted price. |When he was finished I checked his work and there were stops he missed. |I pointed out where he needed to clean those areas. |I was told that some of that dirt would not come off and would need to be scrubbed by hand. |My son in law come over the next day and power washed what 2clean did not remove with a power washer. This was a big deal on Angie's list. |Now I am gun shy on having more work done that shows up as a big deal. | |I will not use this company ever again. |

Description of Work: I wasn't happy with the last pressure wash company, so I tried 2-Clean. I bought two AL "deals"--one for 1) driveways and walkways, and 2) siding, whole house. I also asked them to pressure wash my good size deck. All that is reflected in the price I paid. | |A single worker came to the house, and did a good job at a reasonable price. Their representative (not just a kid in school), was courteous, friendly, professional, and easy to work,(negotiate) with for the extra areas. They "threw in" a rug and the ground floor patio. Oddly, gutters and downspouts weer not included in the service. He explained that gutters frequently have tough stains that require chemicals and additional time to truly make clean. When I asked if he'd "hit them" anyway with the pressure washer to remove whatever he could without extra effort, he agreed to do that. To me that was a "big deal". I see no value in clean siding and visibly dirty gutters. Minor stains you have to look closely to see were fine with me. | |I would have them do the job again when the house needs it.

Description of Work: Had windows washed. Upon completion of the job------the windows absolutely sparkled. Very qualified and professional in every respect.

Description of Work: We were scheduled for 12:00-3:00. The technician arrived at 3:00 by himself. He did a great job, however, because he got started late in the day and was working by himself it did run into the dinner hour. If I were to use them again, which we probably will, we will request a morning appointment so it will be completed before 5:00 p.m. I thought I was purchasing a wood floor cleaning, however, when he arrived he explained that what I paid for and what I was receiving for that price was not much. He sold me an additional "package" which required me to pay additional $185.50. Although he did a very nice job, I did not realize that the $99.00 basically got him in my home to sell me more.

Description of Work: Power washed front walk and deck. Mildew on walkway was difficult to remove, but they kept at it and it was greatly improved. Deck was fine.

Recommend very highly for rug cleaning, doedarizing etc. Rugs looked brand new and hadn't been cleaned in over 14 years (got this service for someone else who needed their rugs clean, but was there the day it was done)

Description of Work: 2 Clean came and washed windows. The Angie List deal was for 15 windows, and our total was 32. We paid to have additional 17 windows cleaned. The job was well done, prompt. We used 2 Clean last year, that is why we bought another Deal, but the additional cost was much lower, about half. When asked, the response was they raised rates to meet local competitors. Would like that info in the Deal to understand what to expect. If competitive, we'd use 2 Clean again.
