Description of Work: Pressure washed our deck and stairs...a task we despise! The technician was polite, courteous, professional. I was impressed that he came to the door wearing a company polo shirt, took that off and wore a t-shirt to do the dirty work, then put the polo shirt back on to come back and have us inspect the work. Such a little thing, but it makes an impression...good job!

Description of Work: Steam cleaned my bathroom tile. Their employee was very personable. However, He brought big tubing in through my bathroom window,the steam machine in through my front door. All was run by the truck parked in front of my home. Didn'T notice until 2 days later, that where the tubing laid across my window and went around corners it had taken paint an part of the sheetrock. Steam cleaning does not remove mildew.
