John gave a quote for cleaning and repair, which I took. He worked til past 6PM getting the job done to his satisfaction. But when I looked at it in the light of day next day, I had to clean many grout spatters off the tile and woodwork, took over an hour. His cost was low, but I think he underestimated the job, and did not care to add on another trip to do a proper cleanup.
