I gave 5 stars when did the job, but now changing to 0.5 star as that is lowest i can have. They did the job first right, then left some severe issues which was again complained. The guy name eric came and fixed it a bit and left. Again in 2 days all grout started coming out and after sending multiple emails I finally get response from John the owner that he cannot fix it and will not even do it in FUTURE !! Pathetic. It is my handicapped mom bathroom and now I have tiles literally popping out. DO NOT use this company that cannot give you assurance of quality of work.

The contractor who did my kitchen tile backsplash did a not-so-good job. I called another contractor before reaching out to Tony Tile. This particular contractor, who refers to himself as the "tile doctor" said that it could not be fixed. I called Tony Tile. John came by, looked at it and told me it could be fixed! He sent over a reasonable estimate, which I agreed to, and scheduled the job. John did a fantastic job repairing the mistakes made by the previous contractor. I am pleased with his work. He was very professional and kind. I will definitely use John again to tile my fireplace.

Grout sealant did not last at all.

After calling, John came the next business day to evaluate the job. He furnished the quote within 24 hours and booked the job at his earliest time possible. The job was done quickly, and so far, looks like the end product is high quality.
