He was very nice, contacted me right away and was very professional. I would have used his company for the service, but I had unexpected bills come up and will not be able to have the work done

Great job, cleaned up, we are using them to paint bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

Painter did what I asked. Unfortunately, apparently painter did not know the proper method of removing a toilet paper holder and it appears that the bracket has been pulled from the wall--which is going to give me extensive headaches. The only reason the room needed painting was due to a previous problem with a toilet paper holder bracket, and now I am back where I started--maybe. I did not discover the bracket problem until after the painters departed.

Two painters arrived- said they would stay for four hours. About 15 minutes before the time was up, they told my husband they would not be able to finish the job and would have to come back at 8:00am the following day, and needed an additional $200 to complete the job. At 9:00am the next day, there was no sign of anyone. We called and no one answered any of the numbers. Eventually, one painter arrived and completed the job. Overall, the walls look satisfactory. There were, however, drips of paint on the furniture that was moved into the center of the room, and drips on a portable crib used for guests with young kids. Having to replace the portable crib adds to the expense of the job. I have not yet figured out how to remove the paint drips from the other piece of furniture. The communication was terrible, and the value of the job was poor, due primarily to that. We ended up paying more than double than what we had expected. For the price we paid, we could have just started out with someone else who had better communication and a sense of customer service ethic. I would not use this provider again and I would advise against anyone else using them.

Overall, we are very pleased with the work that was done by Mike and his team. We hired them using a deal purchased on Angie's List and then paid for the extra work. We did not talk to them before they came the first day, so it was hard to gauge exactly how much work they could complete using the deal we had purchased, which included 8 hours of painting. Fortunately, they were able to stay past the allotted time, and then came back the next week to finish up. On the first day, there was some confusion about scheduling, and they got a late start. On the second day, they arrived about 1 hour past the scheduled time. Despite the scheduling issues, we were happy with the job they did and the advice they provided. In particular, we weren't sure how to fix a textured ceiling that had some damage. They helped us figure out how to do this as cheaply as possible and even provided ceiling paint. We would definitely use them again. The final price was consistent with the estimate they provided up front.

The job went well. However, from the time I bought this deal until the day I finally got my work done it was exactly 1 month ( they had no earlier appointments-- I asked ). I requested a call from the owner on the day I bought the deal-- no callback. 2 weeks later I called to ask again for an appointment and a call from the owner. I got the appointment ( for 2 weeks later ), but still no phone call. I called again 4 days before the appointment, and he called right back. That's a very long time to wait, I think, for answers to my questions about my job. The actual painting was done well.

Great job only problem was getting service provided Provider on vacation and did not inform anyone so had to wait to set appointment, however once it was great job

It went great! Michael and another painter who works with him came to do all the window trim touch-up for all the windows we'd just had installed. They worked hard and efficiently so they got everything done we needed in only one day (it would have taken me probably 5 days). The quality was very good - the kind of precise painting that experienced painters just know how to do without the use of edgers or tape and they left no mess. I should add, too, that they did a fantastic job despite the fact that it was a crazy Saturday in our house and there were between 3 and 4 young kids running around and getting in the way. The painters just worked around them and did well keeping everything out of the kids' reach. I would highly recommend them.

Great service. William is very fast at painting and friendly and very knowledgeable about paint. They worked the full 4 hours solid. I'm very pleased with the way the walls look now. They did some more work on some damaged drywall after painting as an additional job and that looks much better now too.

I can't say enough positive things about ThinkPaint! Michael (the owner) and his coworker, Brent did an awesome job. They are super nice guys who enjoy their work. I bought the $199 deal which covered two painters for 4 hours. They arrived early and worked diligently but couldn't complete the large job in 4 hours. They needed to paint two coats on the walls, ceilings, all trim which included 12 doorways and the front entrance door. They also did some minor wall repair that needed to be spackled and sanded.There was no way anyone could paint all this in 4 hrs. I agreed to the extra charge and they did an excellent job. Michael has an eye for detail and is very meticulous. I was so pleased, I hired them to come back today to paint my living room and dining room. Again, I have nothing but praises for their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any painting job. You won't be disappointed.

We received an email that said they would be in touch soon for scheduling. Never contacted us, so I called the company and left a detailed message never heard back. I found someone else to do job.

He arrived on time, went right to work and finished one hour early. Because my paint was slow drying oil based, he did not have time to apply a second coat to one of my doors but said that he would be very happy to return, on his own time at no cost,to give the door another coat. He was a very nice, consciencious young man and I would use him again.

Scheduling was extremely easy. Mike contacted me shortly after purchasing and came a week and a half later. The paint job looks great and the painter was polite and professional. Will be using again.

It went great. Mike came over with another coworker and they spent most of the day getting the job done and did an exceptional job. It was practically flawless work. He was very efficient with cleanup as well.

It was a great experience. I had him & his son paint a bedroom and a bathroom.

They arrived on time and got right to work. They did a good job of explaining what was to be done. All of the repairs and painted areas look great. I used a $199 Angie's Deal for part of the work and paid them for additional time required to complete the other items I needed done. I was pleased with all of the work done.

On a Thursday advanced Michael $2000 cash (labor) & $900 cash (supplies). SOLD me he would personally be on the job & they should be done Monday (original work discussed). Showed up Thursday, left guys to start patching nail holes & he and partner (Jeff) disappeared for 3 hours to Sherwin Williams 2 miles from our house, returned with receipt for $750 (of the $900). They knocked off for the day upon return & said they would be back Friday. Didn't show. Called Michael said he was on his way to Charlotte w/family for camp for son. Confronted about not showing up & saying work would be done Monday said he thought he could work "on his own time" because house was empty. Was rude. I had purchased 2 add. "Big Deals" (ea 2 painters for day). Michael was 1st painter I met w/and suggested he do those jobs for the same discounted rate we had pd and I should cancel other vender's purchases. He was fired after he failed to produce receipts for $950 for supplies & was rude and threatening.

Great group of guys to deal with- very personable and easy to trust painting your home. Was planning on the $389 deal for 2 painters for a day, but after seeing the job Michael knew it would would take more than that. Was up-sold to a turn-key price of $1600. That confused me a little because turn-key generally means all-inclusive, yet I still had to spend the extra $200 for the paint for an $1800 all-in price. Knowing I was in time crunch, I decided not to bicker over a couple hundred dollars since this team would be able to get this completed in my timeline- plus most all Angie's List reviews were positive. Next day Michael and a team of 3 showed up bright and early and did a great job knocking the entire job out in 1 day. Everything was cleaned up fairly well after completion. I would absolutely recommend them ( and actually already have), my only criticism is the price was about $400-$500 higher than it should have been for actual job done.

Overall, the painting was done well. This was a 50% off deal to get 2 painters for 1/2 day. He offered to do the ceiling of the room for an extra charge which he said would be approx $100 - $150 extra. As we talked he then said yeah it could be $150 - $200 to do the ceiling. He charged the $200 which was more than what he originally quoted. The main issue with the work was that they were messy, after they painted the ceiling, there was a white dust all over everything in the room. They should have put drop cloths over all the furniture rather than let the dust fall onto everything. It was a mess, a very fine powder over the couch and rug and all furniture, even the walls. I have had ceilings done in the past and never had to deal with this mess, so I was not happy about that, which is why I rated the quality as a C. The walls looked beautiful when they were done, so the quality of their painting was good, I just wished they had used drop cloths to prevent the mess.

Everything went well. We bought the deal in order to get a bedroom painted. It was done in a day and looked very good. The caulk around the downstairs crown molding had developed some gaps over the winter. The painter suggested using a better caulk and repainting the molding. We hired him to do that and repair a small chip in the hallway ceiling. He did a very nice job on that, too. They are our "painters of choice" now and will be the first ones we call for paint work.

I thought for sure my garage was a lost cause, but an ad on Angie's List had my curiosity up. Could I possibly get help with the massive project I was facing? Yes, the Calvary did arrive and just in the nick of time. They took the time to explain all the steps that it would take to get the area looking like it should as well as increasing my home's value. They even agreed to work with me a little at a time to fit into my budget. Bless their hearts, they took such good care of me that I am still dumbfounded. The garage went from a slum area to a garage fit for a Beverly Hills mansion. Micheal and Jeff both worked hard and the transformation happen. They came at my convenience even finishing up today (Saturday). They worked fast, but were very careful with my possessions and space in general. I had to leave some things outside, but they made sure everything was covered and secure before they left each day. All totaled, it took a little over 3 days to make the transformation. Most of that time I had two workers here. Nobody sat around and watched...they all worked. I would recommend this company and these guys for most any job you might need. (They do more than just painting and drywall.) They were very professional and so easy to work with. I am still looking at my garage and my mouth drops open. i love it and I am so proud of the work these fellows did. It was a total transformation and I cannot thank them enough for their cooperation. It was a pure joy and a privilege to work with them. I've attached pictures of the finished work. (Sorry, I didn't want to show anyone how bad it looked before the work started.)
