+ 1 moreDid a great job. Explained it all to us. Did extras like put drip caps over windows so we won't have rot in the future. Also, reworked outside faucets that were screwed improperly in masonite siding with any support. Kept everything clean and neat while working. Did not harm our shrubbery or yard while working. Allowed our dogs to stay outside with him all week so they could enjoy the sunshine and cooler weather. Doesn't talk to you or chat unless you have questions or initiate conversation. Shows up on time and works until finished each day. Stays in touch by phone and answers all questions.
Description of Work: Replaced masonite boards that were rotting with Hardiplank. Replaced rotten wood trim with new trim. Painted exterior on replaced boards and trim. Restored our deck.

+ 5 moreWork was done on time and until completely finished. Work was well done and on time. Bill was as bid and not increased unless requested changes took place. Jay Rose is trustworthy and does what he says. We have used him for years and highly recommend him. He has never let us down.
