Failed to do a proper walk through with visually impaired individual, had this person "examine" loaded trailer in the dark to verify all was properly loaded and secured. Left several valuable items behind, even after being told they must be loaded (claimed there was no room on trailer, but there was more than adequate room if material was properly loaded. Missing items and poor loading was not detected until after trailer arrived at its destination across country. When spoken to, manager evaded direct questions and stated that he felt very uncomfortable working with/for a visually impaired female individual/client. He also refused to call with questions and concerns, even though was requested to and was given contact information. Ultimately said it was the client's responsibility to ensure everything was loaded (even though they refused to load different items) and to properly examine loaded trailer when the individual was visually impaired.
