After trying for 3 months, my roof looks horrible! I have gotten 3 other companies to look at the job, they did and all 3 have told me it has to be completely redone! They do not have their own workforce, all their labor is subcontracted out to the lowest bidder! They have stepped through my sheetrock upstairs and shot huge framing nails through the sheetrock that my daughter hurt her head on! They have unplugged and ruined a freezer full of food so they can use their extension cords! There is no quality control whatsoever. They did not contact me when the found structural damage like the contract States so I would have the opportunity to correct it, now the roof is wavy and bowed and I'll be taking a huge hit when I have it appraised! No communication from these guys at all! They have you sign a contract then take forever and don't honor the contract!

Sales person was great - sold me on the product and explained why it would cost more. SOLD - NOW fast forward 2 years later- EXTENSIVE dry rot resulting from install work. DaBella referred me to the warranty department of the contractors (which didn't make sense as it was not an issue with the way the windows were made) it was the way they were IMPROPERLY INSTALLED no sealant, so protection against water - the windows were just placed. I was explained at sales pitch that if I had any existing dry rot before install, this would be taken care of. At time of install this was not addressed so I "assumed" (we know what that means) that there was no dry rot. Went to do a remodel on the walls where windows were installed and TONS of dry rot which resulted in thousands of $$ to be repaired. This was visible around the framing of the windows (and the remodel crew took photos of the before and after affected areas) DaBella pawned off and takes no responsibility for their workmanship! DON'T be suckered by the pretty sales presentation.

DaBella's communication has been completely lacking to put it mildy. The roof and gutter crews are repetitively asked to tell us when they are coming as we have an outdoor dog. They have not told us 15 of the 18 times they have had to come out to the house. The roof was installed improperly and if we hadn't been detailed and observant many issues would have gone unnoticed. The broken siding and improperly installed flashing was still obvious to us and all our neighbors leaving our new roof lowering our curb appeal. We were promised improved communication and that we would "experience the DaBella difference" which is just higher price, higher promises and completely missing the mark? We also hired them for our windows and we like the windows but there were still several issues with the process. Due to everything with the roof and gutters - we will never recommend or return to DaBella for any of our home improvement needs.

Great follow up and professional group. They even gave us some ideas for other projects we ask about, but thear company did not handle. One of our sales people actually spent his time and found a company for us that did the kind of work we were looking for. Talk about above and beyond. Bella employees really exemplify the top of the line service oriented company. Really a rare quality these days.

First I would like to say that I can't really rate the quality of work because it hasn't started yet. I signed on May 21st 2018 and was given a "estimated" start date of June 1st 2018, it's July 10th and still no work has been started. The estimated end date for my project was 9 days ago. Also, I was told that my materials would be ordered promptly, but that didn't happen for more than two weeks. Now for their customer service, when I call in and actually get a live person and not a recording the receptionist is very professional. I have called the supposed project manager and either he doesn't answer or he answers and tells me he'll get back to me and never does. Value for money? I can only rate what I have experienced. I should have went with a different company.

I can not and will not ever recommend this company. By far this is the worst encounter I've had with a home improvement project. The salespeople, Alex and Hailey, and the website sold me on family. I liked hearing that and was even ok with spending more money than my previous quotes because they made me feel comfortable and like I was a priority. I now know what they told me is false about family and wanting the best for me. All my siding, two dumpsters and a porta potty were placed on the street and I was given a start date and told it will take 4 days. The crew did not show & did not even call. Days go by and still no word so I finally call to get information. A rep named Arturo was confused, but said he would figure this out and call me back. He did not call me back. I initiated nightly phone calls with Arturo about the crew not showing. He told me three separate nights they would be out the next day and that they would even work through the weekend. They did not. Not once did anyone from this company attempt to be proactive or follow up if any work had begun. After three weeks of all supplies and equipment being delivered I now have siding on one side of my house and irritated neighbors tired of seeing the dumpsters and port-a-potty on the street. The police had even tagged a trailer as abandoned because it was here so long. The amount of money this is costing me I am shocked at how much leg work I've had to do just to get to this point. Do not expect open communication or to feel like family after you write that first deposit check. Please save yourself a boat load of headaches and give your business to one that truly will appreciate it. Good luck! Update- a day shy of the month mark and I'm still waiting on the final removal of supplies (final check was cashed quickly shocker).. They didn't reattach the light fixtures but they will trim them so tightly you can't get the mounting hardware back inside. But on the upside they did say I'd get a $100 gift card for the troubles. Way to add insult to injury dabella. Do not use this company.

We went with this company because the salesman sold us a picture of high quality products and workmanship. Unfortunately for us the quality of workmanship was not present when our roof was applied. I've been waiting over a month for a finished, high-quality roof that they promised me in their sales pitch. They cut corners with their finishing details and I am now left with exposed wood next to gutters where flashing should be. This company had poor communication with not only me as their customer, but also their contractors. I have been completely unhappy with this whole process and feel frustrated that I paid twice as much as my neighbors for a roof I am still not satisfied with.

They were the most expensive option and they subcontracted the work to Rainy City Roofing I feel I could have had a better deal if I had hired Rainy CityRoofing directly. Part of the thing that sold me on going with the DaBella was them telling me they had special training through GAF for the roofing installation but it looks like Rainy City had the “special training “ toosince they contracted with them

They do great work, but charge to much money. We needed a new roof not a second mortgage. The original quote was high to me. But the wife was impressed with presentation and talked me into signing the contract. I wanted to get a couple more quotes. Then when got tearing off old roof they said their was 2 layers of shingles on part of the house and decided to replace all the plywood sheeting. 1,300 for plywood and 3,000 for extra labor. Are roof is only 1600 feet. Roofer guy said it was a simple job, and the old roof came off real easy. I feel being ripped off. This roof should not cost 19.000 dollars.
