DaBella - Missoula (Windows)

We felt that the roofing system that DaBella offers is worth what we are paying. We haven't had it installed yet, but are looking forward to it. Matt and Steve did a great job explaining everything and easy to talk to.

He wasn't pushy and answered all our questions. Very detailed. He is like a family member. We are so grateful that he figured out a way for us to save our home. We knew he was a good guy since the dog "Mitzi" does not like strangers, but the minute she saw Joel she was .all over him like I said, part of the family. One more thing, our laptop would not talk to printer so we could give him a copy of the bank statement. He fixed it. Above and beyond.

From the sale to the tear off and installation I am very happy with DaBella. As l just retired my concerns about cost were answered and the financing very affordable. The roof looks great and when climbing into the attic the improvement of the air quality there is obvious.

When we moved into our home a couple of years ago, we soon a nice young man introduce us to DaBella Exteriors. at our door. Then again this year Jody stopped by our home, this time we ready to have our windows replaced. We had seen the old foggy windows get worse over the past two years. So we accepted a visit from Scott. He was very knowledgeable about the the windows and the industry. Our new triple pane Preservation windows were completed in three days this August. The crew was very courteous and went o ut of their way to make sure the job was done right, they even came back a couple of days later to make sure that a few minor touch up items were done properly. The windows and sliding door look and feel much better than the old windows we had. We are excited that we no longer have a cold draft coming in from our windows anymore! We can already tell a difference as the widows are blocking out heat. Plus we can see outside without fog. The price we feel was justified by the quality and professionalism, a job well done. We bought new triple pane windows from Mike Roberts with DaBella Exteriors. They enhanced the look of our home, it's much quieter and less drafty! Mike came back to our home last week, inspected and measured our home for a new roof and gutters! Great choices to fit our budget, fantastic warranty and the DaBella professionalism we appreciate.

My cedar shake roof had been well cared for, but now was 50 years old and beginning to deteriorate. The DaBella people were canvassing the area and stopped by. Perfect timing! They spent the time necessary to inspect my roof and then explained everything about their product and how they were certified to install this high quality roof by the manufacturer. On top of this they were able to offer me financing that I could afford and they made sure I understood everything about the guarantee. My roof was done in no time and it looks beautiful! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job!

Daniel Lowensohn and Eric Nelson came out from DaBella Exteriors. Their professionalism and part of the family style was refreshing. They were really knowledgeable about the industry and product. We arranged an awesome deal and we can't wait to see the finished product. Looking at completing other projects with them.

Review by Ron W. in Salem, Oregon Project: Replace Asphalt Shingle Roof The installation is not scheduled until September, but the people that we have been working with have been outstanding. They worked hard to give us a quote that would fit into our budget. They were very acommodating to help us find just the right color and style. I would gladly recommend this company and the people that they have working for them, and am looking forward to our final product.

They promised cleanup but I had to pick up water bottles and small pieces of roofing this week. The only information that I received was they would arrive Thursday 8am, while the whole project was 80% complete that day, they did not arrive to finish it until well afternoon on Friday so they were still working late into the evening on Friday Forgot to install the new sky lights,and left all their supplies and inventory including a huge dumptruck in my driveway all weekend. Sunday afternoon they came to retrieve it, again no advanced warning, and they pulled down my utility lines in the process. Overall I did not get the customer servive they spent an hour n my home promising me. Very unhappy!

Installers were exceptionally hard working, professional and friendly. They stayed late to complete the project. Plus they really did a good job cleaning up after the job. The tub install looks great!

I am satisfied with the workmanship and the quality services performed by the contractor.

It only took two days to tear off the old cedar shakes and install the new.. They had extra work because of all the staples.. I am very happy at this time...

They were very thorough with the initial inspection and gave me full details with pictures, of what the scenario was. I had suspected the majority of the work that would need to be done from my own inspection, but it was clearly defined to me. When it came time to do the work, the fellows were prompt and went to work. Making sure all of the outside areas, ie gardens, outside furniture and landscaping were tarped carefully. Even more importantly, when they were finished for the day, they checked all areas and cleaned up miscellaneous debris that had flown past the tarps. When it began to rain heavily on the afternoon of the first day, I was a bit concerned, but they kept on until the open roof was completely covered and protected well, leaving a bit early, I'm sure for safety reasons. The lead roofer advised me of the situation and gave me his phone # if there was a problem over night, that I should call him and he would return right then to take care of it. That really impressed me. We did not have any problems and again they returned first thing the next morning and worked diligently to finish the job. Upon leaving the roof was beautiful and the yard was cleaned up well. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking to replace an old and damaged roof. The total job took 2 days. We had them out to look at our 20+ year old roof. We knew the roof was at its end but didn't know it was so bad. I had wondered why they wanted to look in our attic and now it's clear. Ian W was the salesman who crawled up there and took some pictures of not just one, but multiple leaks! Ian sat down and showed us what they do and how they are different. Neither of us had seen a roofing system like this. Not to mention a 50 year warranty that covers it all. The installation began a day later than we had hoped but it's Oregon. They moved right through the tear off and install and we're done half a day early. The guys who put it on we're very nice and even bought me lunch :) There was more debris in the attic than we would have liked but nobody can see it and the roof looks amazing! While the price point was higher than we had hoped it was well worth it to have quality and a good experience. If you're considering replacing your roof use DaBella and Ian and you'll be plesently surprised.

We signed our contract with Mike Shaw on February 28th. The project, re-roofing our house & detached garage, began on March 9th & was completed on March 11th. Much quicker than our previous re-roofing which lasted three weeks. The crew was very professional & did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the results.

Very professional organization from the sales representative to everyone involved with the roofing project. The installation team was always on time and their roofing experience and knowledge allowed them to complete the project faster than I thought it would take.

A little higher than I wanted to pay but extremely happy with the service. They not only replaced my roof but went above and beyond the call of duty with cleaning and replacing items that needed cleaning and replacing. I am very, very happy with the service. I have been in a sling for the pass 6 weeks and I was unable to move items out of their way as well as doing some general yard work. While cleaning up their debris they took it upon themselves to clean up all of the pine needles and pine cones on the driveway, even those that clearly did not come from the roof. Above and Beyond.

Note that this company is not just a roofing/siding company! Two separate jobs: shower stall/plumbing replacement and tub/shower/plumbing replacement. Both were done ahead of schedule (one day each). Quality materials expertly installed at a reasonable price have proven to be a good investment. We have absolutely no complaints and are quite pleased with the results. All of the folks from DaBella (Sherie, Austin and Tom) and from Alside, their window subcontractor have exceeded expectations.

Mike O'Reilly (our contact) has been amazing and instrumental in our decision to getting a new roof on our home. The roof we had installed over this last Labor Day weekend is gorgeous and although it was towards the end of summer, we could immediately feel the difference in energy usage with the new roof ventilation system they installed. The men who came out to install the roof took care to make sure they not only respected our home and space, but also cleaned up after themselves when they were finished (you would be surprised at how many contractors out there would not do something simple like that). Mike called a week a later to make sure we were still happy with our roof and I knew that he really did care what our thoughts were. I highly recommend this organization to all my friends and family. Mike, also worked with us on the financing end of things, showing us how to take advantage of all the rebates and tax options that we could have available to us. The company uses green products (which as a True Oregonian ;-) I LOVE) and they are big on supporting our military veterans with incentive programs. We loved our experience in the process of the roof installation so much that we invited them back to do a patio door replacement for our custom doors next week. The entire company strives to seek full customer satisfaction and they definitely have mine. Anyone considering having a big project like we did, done to their home should really consider contacting Da Bella, they may not be the cheapest contractor out there but I really feel that you definitely get your monies worth with their services. :-)
