Lousy is the best word I can use. The workers she hired were here on 9-9-13 and 9-11-13. Kym got them started on the first day and did not oversee what they were doing. When she came back on 9-13-13 to "finish", she was just going to wipe down the doors. The whole building was not clean or even vacuumed at all, and she spent 8 more hours. Kym was unpleasant to deal with as she challenged the facts that the building was not clean, and she had to be shown how to clean. While Kym was here on 9-13-13, she stated that she already had 20 hours into the job. When I received the final bill, that number jumped to 26 hours and then she gave me a courtesy discount of 6 hours. She also charged 8 hours for her time when she had to be told to finish cleaning the storage building. And to top it off, I had to finish cleaning the building. I did not want to argue with Kym about the fact that it was not clean. Would not recommend her services to anyone!
