When I ordered online, it stated someone would call 24 hours before delivery, but that did not happen. I was called the morning of the delivery, and it was delivered that morning. It worked out fine, though, and Chris M. did an excellent job delivering the appliances. I went to Lowes to schedule installation, Talib was great helping to get that lined up. John C. installed the dishwasher a couple of days later. He was prompt, professional, and someone with installation called 24 hours before he was to come to schedule the installation. John C hauled off the old appliances. Overall very good experience.

They are very good. We were satisfied with their customer service and haven’t had any issues with the flooring since.

They're very good. I go back to them often. They're very good and very responsive. They normally have what I'm looking for and they have it at a reasonable price. They don't give me you a hard time when you're returning something that you don't want, need or that didn't work correctly. I would assume their price is very competitive. They're definitely professional.

They did the job satisfactorily. They made sure that the job was done. They didn't charge me anything with the service.

I have not used the full amount yet. I would recommend them good. They have plenty of things in stocks, and it is a nice, clean store. I have been using them for quite a while at least six or seven years. Everything turned out okay. I did not have any issues with it.

The sales man was great. However, when they delivered the refrigerator it had remnants of food and diabetic medicine inside. They also told me they would deliver it that following morning but did not deliver it until two days later. I was mortified. I told them this was not I ordered. I called to double check and did keep it because of my groceries that need refrigerated. Then about a week later, the refrigerator died and spoiled the food inside. I called back and they wanted to charge me an additional $400 for a replacement. After talking with the manager for a while, he finally agreed to replace it for me. The manager was rude and treated me as if I was trying to cheat them. I felt like I had to argue with them to get my point across because they would not listen to me. It was a very un pleasant experience. Everyone in the store was nice but the manager I spoke with.

Their price was outrageous, and I did not use them.

They were late and the faucet was not installed correctly. When they were doing the work, they did not seem like they knew what they were doing. I ended up needing to have the faucet replaced.

They took the time to do an intricate design on my floor and they did it right. I was real happy with them. Everything went well, it went as I anticipated it to go. They took their time to do everything I asked them to do, all the things that were not usable they said I could take back to the store to get my money back. The two guys works steadily and I was impressed with them. If I could hire them out of Lowe's I would for things like this. I got upscale stuff so it put my price point up higher. One bathroom was small but the other one needed skilled people. They had to measure and angle things and they did a good job with it. It took my a while to get in contact with them, finally I realized I had to just hang around until someone finally got to me. That's what I didn't like about Lowe's but once they got rolling they were fine.
