Mow It Right

First they kept changing my date to low my lawn. Finally the owner Melinda called and said they would come out Wednesday, but they showed up on Thursday.... the owner (the husband) and another guy showed up in a hurry .... half cut my yard and left all the grass droppings in my front and back yard.... nit to mention they cut the yard and it was damp.... my grass looked like carpet before they started and looked like a 5 year old cut it when they finished ... they left grass on the streets and we witnessed them blowing the grass in the storm drain...... who do you complain to when the owner is the one that did this poor job.... I called the office to let her know how my experience went she could t care less..... this was my first and last time ever using them........

First of all my grass was cut on last Wednesday. They stopped in the middle of cutting the front and side of the yard. The office called me the next day and said that they couldn’t cut the yard because it was too high. But the yard service men didn’t tell them they started and abruptly stopped. Someone was supposed to come out on Thursday but never showed up. I woke up the next morning on 7/3 called at 845 was assured that I was number 4 on the list. I waited and waited no one ever showed up. I called up until 3pm no one answered. Left my yard half cut and I had company on Friday evening. Then they showed up on the 4th of July to cut the yard. It was cut uneven, grass was blown all in the yard, against the house, in the streets and in my cleaned out flower beds. You would have thought the owner would have called or emailed or something to apologize for running my yard and my holiday. I was so embarrassed that my yard looked like a 4 year old cut it. I am a HIGHLY UNSATISFIED EX-CUSTOMER. Oh and they billed my credit card ?.

If you want fast then they are for you. If you want quality then look elsewhere. They are so fast they leave gaps uncut and if anything is in the way such as a broken tree branch or chair they go around, they never bend over. If there is a piece of your yard they do not want to cut, good luck. I have a ten foot stretch of grass next to my house they ignore, letting it get taller and taller until I have to cut it myself, but they are fast, much too fast if you want quality.

did not cut front yard even, had big gaps in lawn, complained asked for a re cut, their representative more concerned about our small backyard, would not address bad cut other than to say that way to correct the bad cut was to cut our yard every week instead of every 10 days, we canceled our contract, rude & rushed company. they use large fast commercial mowers, the men do not look at their completed job. jump out ,jump in, gone.

For my lawn service I use Mow it Right.  I have had them for a little while now.  They were here last Wednesday, May 4th 2016.  It cost $34.  That's the best price in town, I think.

Mow It Right does a great job. We have used them for a few years and are extremely happy. We also have  them  spray and fertilize.  Thanks to them, our grass looks great.

I pay $45 a week for the regular service but for the landscaping depends on the quote they give.  I am contemplating if I will still continue with their service.  I have plans of getting other quotes.

They did an ok job.

Not well at all, stopped services after several months.

I had an absolutely deplorable service and they tore up my yard. They vandalized my yard.

It has been a good experience. They do the job and they call before they come because of our dogs in the backyard. They also let me know what came up if I am not home. They come when they are supposed to and they let you know that if it rains the next day they would not show up. The yard looks good. They come five or six times a year and they charge around $50 each time that they come.

I contacted this company for maintenance lawn care. I set the service up for weekly mowing. I was contacted by a customer sales representative who stated that I needed a "cut down" first because my lawn was classified as overgrown. The fee for that was $65. I agreed to this service. The crew came out on 8/6/13 and massacred my lawn. My plush green grass was cut irregularly,
debris was in my landscaping/street and the grass was cut so low, it turned brown. My neighbors asked what happened to my lawn. When I contacted Mow It Right the next day, I asked to speak with the manager or owner. I spoke with someone by the name of Chris Fowler. I told him that I was not happy with how my lawn looked and asked if a crew could come out and correct my lawn to make it look better. He told me no. He said that it was my fault that I let my grass get overgrown and the results of my lawn was what is to be expected with a cut down. He stated he would not send anyone out to my home and I would have to wait until next week. I told him that I did not know that the debris would be all over the place when I agreed to the cut down. He said "yes you did. We tell everyone that." I told him that I was not told about it but he continued to argue with me saying he wasn't going to do anything to satisfy my concerns.   
I was charged $65 for this horrible service. I am really upset that someone who is supposed to be a professional and running a company would speak to a customer like that. Chris Fowler needs classes/training on customer service and how to run a business. I instructed the company to cancel my account. I would not recommend his company to anyone at all. Highly upset and dissatisfied!! I would rate them a Z if I could!!

We have been using Mow It Right since the beginning of the season. We were pleased the first few times they came out, after ironing out some scheduling issues in the first month. However in the past month it has been just terrible. Leaving huge swatches of grass that haven't been touched in at least two weeks. Absolutely no weed eating or edging...just a very poor job. It appears the last time they came out they didn't even bother mowing the back yard. This is the 3rd and last time for us. If I pay for a service I expect it to be done correctly.

Mow It Right has been mowing my yard for 3 years now.  I have them come out every two weeks.  In the past they've done shrub trimming and clean up around the yard.
