The provider would routinely show up at times that weren't scheduled. The final time, he showed up when we had a babysitter present and he asked to provide the service while they were here. I was not pleased that he was here while the babysitter and our children were home alone but they didn't know what to tell him. Also, we were tricked into signing a termite contract and not told of their 30 notice for cancellation. We bought a new house and they wouldn't give us a copy of the Termite Contract until we purchased a new contract. They then backdated it almost 2 months and started our contract before we moved into our home. When I cancelled and attempted to talk with them about ending our contract, I was brushed off several times (we need to pull your file) until I finally contacted someone who was very rude and looking for a fight. I have never been treated so poorly by a service organization. We have a complaint pending but I'm going to end up paying for the Termite contract that we cancelled because they have threatened to send us to collections. Also, they have added finance fees to it, backdating it 2 months now. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
