This company has professionals in the sales department and the service and installation department, they are very knowledgeable on the equipment and that they work hard to make sure everything is done correctly the first time. The guys I dealt with were very professional.

Set up the appointment by text message, thank you Martha, at 6:22 am, I work nights, so I came home to a hot house, ac tech showed up by 10:30, fixed my unit and by 12 noon, I had a cool house, all I can say is, WOW, call this company, they are definitely on my favs list.....thank you so much!!!

AirSouth was very professional with my install on today. Yesterday, they sent me a reminder about the install. Then this morning, they sent me a text letting me know they were on the way and a picture of installer! Quick, professional service to install a new Ecobee3 Life thermostat. Two young men, both named Jonathan, knew what to do and did it quickly. Required trip i into a very hot attic . Very courteous! They were actually here less than an hour after we called. Impressive!

The quickly responded to help us & was very hard to fit our schedule. They sent texts to remain us of the appt & that the tech was on his way even sending a name & photo. He was the best! Nothing big to suggest. AC work is expensive, their prices seemed to be about average though. The work looks professional and the air blows cold. The technicians were VERY nice and helpful. Overall I would say they were better than average, but the customer service and the way they quickly responded for my repair I would give an A+.
