After eight (8) days in which my computer only moved one (1) inch on a shelf in the store, I became annoyed. I have a paid-up membership with this co-op, and I have paid extra for them to come to my house to repair my computer. However, because my phone line was also being repaired and it was inoperable at the time, I brought my computer in to be repaired. In my latter years, I was a business consultant for nonprofits, specifically in fund raising; however, even I could see that numerous functions of the store were being poorly managed. It is not my place to run their business. My rates before I retired were $624/hr. and I would be glad to do a report for them at $500/hr. It would probably take 2 hrs. and I would tell them exactly how they can fix it and/or present several options that would work to their advantage and to the advantage of their employees and customers. After all, it's keeping those customers happy that will keep the cash register ringing.
Description of Work: Provider was scheduled to diagnose why my computer did not boot-up, plus some other minor issues.
