I had call David Crawford of RS Home Services, Inc. to find a tub leak over the den in the master bath which RS Home Services, Inc. failed to repair at 8490 Chimneyrock, Cordova, TN 38016. This company came out two times to try and locate the leak. Once in 2017 for My Good Deal and on April 11, 2018 for John E. Fox, Landlord. The tub leaked again on April 26, 2018 after the second service call by RS Home Services, Inc. The solution was to replace the tub overflow seal which was leaking. The leaking tub heavily damaged the den ceiling as well as some furnishings. David Crawford will billed in the amount of $ 1,423.762 to cover the replacement of the ceiling, insurance deductible and the actual cost of repair to fix the tub leak. He has never paid to the damage he and his company caused by their inability to find the actual cause of the tub leak.
