I am pretty confident any good reviews are fake. Having done extensive research on this company, I would strongly advise against using them. As the contracted company for a homeowner's insurance repair, their negligence resulted in THOUSANDS of dollars in water damage and required my family to stay in a hotel. Not only did they not pay for the damage (my homeowner's policy had to) they won't even pay the deductible. The manager refuses to talk to customers- you can only speak with an assistant. Its rare anyone calls you back. Take note- you must sign away their obligation to be responsible for ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING AT ALL- or they will do the job. NO matter if they are careless, negligent, or simply do the job incorrectly. They will not be obligated to fix it or make it right in any way. Stay FAR away from them and be mindful of fake reviews or incentives provided to post positive reviews. This company should not be in business. Do not use them.
