Steve was here within an hour after he called me. I did not expect to get this repair until Monday since it is Thanksgiving weekend. His professional manner was very refreshing and his knowledge was very apparent. He went straight to work and completed the repair promptly. I also asked him about the price for a bath tub drain that did not open and close properly. My husband has been off work due to surgery for months now and I knew we couldn't afford to do it now. He wanted to look at it, and then he determined a coupleof problems that he made look so simple to fix. Now I must interject that I have had a few other plumbers look at it and Steve is THE ONLY ONE who acted like he really cared about fixing it. He also used the snake in it and maneuverd the drain latch in a manner that already made it work 99% better. My conclusion: This man know his profession and takes pride in his work. I respect that very much. He told me what was really needed to fix it once and for all. I asked him for an estimate. The estimated price was very fair but I told him I would have to save up for that, until my husband is back working. Of course by this time, I was getting really concerned about today's time and labor charges. When he presented me with the bill, it was $91.48 including tax. I know he gave me a great break on these charges. I appreciate his professionalism and compassion, and I will call him back to do the other work asap.

He has done all our plumbing for 3 years, everything from re-plumbing our old place to an emergency broken toilet service call in our 1 bath home. He fixes it right the first time every time, and quickly.

I had back-up problems in my rental property for some time and spent hundreds of dollars on other plumbers trying to fix it. When I called Steve, he was headed out of town and while I was frustrated with having to wait nearly a week to get this job done. Still, I waited because he was the only one I was sure would get it right. It was a messy, nasty job and as I expected he did right. It you just need to replace a leaky pipe under the sink, you can probably get someone else to do it cheaper, but if its a big and difficult job and you need a real expert for I would definitely recommend Paradise Plumbing

We could not be more satisfied, and this is coming from customers who like perfection. He was punctual, professional, worked in a timely manner, quality of workmanship was excellent, and he laid down drop cloths from exterior door to work area. Plumbers are know for making a mess because most jobs are messy. Steve, the owner of Paradise Plumbing made sure that his work area was protected and clean. We will definitely use him again and gladly recommend him.

They were both very professional. They came out the same day that I called them. They had to replace the handles completely in one shower. As well as righting up all plumbing under the kitchen sink that was leaking. Lastly, they had to drive into downtown Jackson to find parts to fix the faucet on my whirlpool tub because it is 18 years old and the parts were hard to find. They returned by 8:00am the next morning and were finished in about 30 minutes. They were both very professional and respectful. Paradise Plummbing will definitely be called for any future Plummbing needs!

I chose two new toilets. Steve Stokes went to Lowes and bought them for me, brought them to my house, installed them and left the bathrooms neat when he was finished. He was very prompt and efficient and I will certaily call him again when needed.

I contacted Paradise Plumbing based on excellent Angie's List reports. Unfortunately, I did not have the good experience of others. I had 3 issues. The primary issue was that there was sediment in my tub whenever it filled. Secondary was that there was leakage around my kitchen sink fixture. Minor issue that I thought I would add as long as an expert was coming -- the stopper in my master sink was not working well. He showed up on time (20 mins early for 8am apt), and seemed to be a nice person. However, his response to my primary issue was "try turning up the water heater temp." I did try. No change. His response to my second issue was "I don't have this part in my truck, but you know what it is - you can just deconstruct this, pull off the part, and just take it down to Home Depot to get it replaced." The last item was to make my bathroom sink stopper work. He did correct that, but only by changing out my brushed nickel fixture with a stainless one -- something I didn't see until after he had left. So, so disappointed in an apparently well-regarded Angies List plumber.

This provider was everything a person would desire in a plumber.

Great service! And reasonable. The owner of the company, Steve, came out with an assistant, had all the supplies for needed repairs as well as the scheduled installation. Was fast and efficient. We plan to use them again.

I called them today and they were able to come out today between already scheduled jobs. Their price was reasonable & their service was very good. I probably will use them again and will recommend them.

They showed up on time and performed the services quickly. They were very courteous and professional. I will use them again in the future. They do charge for travel time which made the bill a bit higher than expected, but they worked very quickly and charged the minimum for parts.

Just great service. We had a clogged drain on our washer that I tried to fix and was not able to. They came out the same day my wife called and even she noted how nice, professional, and polite these gentlemen were. She noted that she was expecting something totally different, but was very happy with the service she received. We have some projects planned and we will be using them again when we do those.

He was reasonably priced. He was punctual. He did have a helper with him but he's professional and he was friendly, very approachable. He forgot that Paradise Plumbing is listed in Angie's List on a discount and he forgot to do it to me when he brought his statement. I asked him about it and he said he forgot and then he made a discount. He was very accommodating and nice. When I talked to him on the phone, he was very responsive, we set an appointment and he was there on time. I would call him back again in the future.

After looking around in the phone book for plumbers and receiving no adequate responses, I found this plumber solely from Angie's list as a new member. I would use and recommend Steve Stokes and Paradise Plumbing. He returned my call promptly and came on Saturday with no additional charge. He seemed fair and honest and did the work I needed in a reasonable amount of time. I was satisfied with the work and with this plumber and would use and/or recommend him to others.

Called Sat. at noon, returned my call by E.O.D. Set appt. time for Mon. between 3:30-4:00pm. Showed up at 3:55pm & took 20-30 min. to fix. Pleasant & professional.

I called Paradise Plumbing when I had to rehab my bathroom. I decided I needed a plumber when I ran into some old metal pipe(unthreaded) for the toilet drain. They installed the bathtub and ran new copper lines as well as the tub drain. They were a delight to deal with. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

I called Paradise Plumbing an left a message to call back. After call back, a date and time was made to replace a kitchen faucet. The faucet was previously purchased at Lowe's. The plumber, Steve Stokes, was prompt and went right to work. Steve was friendly and did quality work. I thought the service charge was very reasonable.
