Ambassador is so easy to work with. Chuck came and did estimate a day after I called. Ian came a couple of weeks later to do the job - I delayed it one week to fit my schedule. He did an excellent job on all of the windows, inside and out. He was careful not to damage any of our items inside that had to be moved to allow him to get to the windows and was careful landscaping outside. The windows and screens were cleaned perfectly. The three people I talked to at Ambassador - the lady I first called (I don't recall her name), Chuck who did the estimate, and Ian who did the work, were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. This was the first time I used Ambassador but it won't be the last. I highly recommend Ambassador to do your window cleaning.

They did a great job! They were very meticulous and did very good work.

They bid the job within $2.00 of everybody else. The lady on the phone was very nice. I had a bid in three days and a firm date on day four. I had to wait a little less than a week for the workers to come. They arrived early and started the outside before I got home. They were done in less than an hour. They left everything as they found it, except the windows which are now immaculate. The workers made it look so easy. When I do it myself, it is never easy and the windows are always spotted and smugged. Well worth the money.

Outstanding work as our windows have with stood 3 years of construction all around our home. They had never been washed. We were the first home in a 14 home subdivision.

They did not clean the majority of the seals. Some of the windows were not all that clean either. I would not recommend them and I will never use them again.

Everything always goes smoothly. Since appointments are scheduled in advance, sometimes the weather does not cooperate, and it has often been cold or rainy, and they will work with you to resolve any issues caused by the weather. I have a greenhouse window that sticks out from beneath the roof line, so if it is raining, it always gets wet, and they have even come back to re-do that window when necessary. My house is one level in the front and two levels in the back, so cleaning the windows myself is not an option unless I want to bring all the windows inside and clean them, and the time it would take me is ten times what it takes them, and the windows look like new when they are done- I can't say the same when I do them!

They did a wonderful job of the windows. It makes such a big difference to have the windows done properly. The whole house ends up looking nicer. They showed up on time and made sure that everything was cleaned up perfectly before they left.
