The installer was very thorough and explained the various scxenarios and then I chose what approach to take in fixing the problem. He arrived ahead of schedule and completed the job in a reasonable time and saw some items that needed fixing that I did not see. The door is now working very quietly . Highly recommended byme.

Excellent service and arrived sooner then expected... on a Sunday. Needed a new spring, and they replaced both and did a complete check of the door and opener. He was very honest and told me the other components were still OK and didn't need replaced at this time. I will use them again for all of my garage door service.

Precision Garage Door messed up the top section of my garage door and the manager said that he would replace it as long as I purchased a $450 garage door opener from them. Be careful.
