St. Louis Appliance Outlet

My family bought an oven from them two days ago. They have a third party who they hire to do installation. They paid for this service. Movers came, and checked the burners and left. The oven control panel doesn't work and the oven doesn't turn on. St. Louis Appliance Outlet said if they already registered their brand new oven (like they were told to do) than they would forfeit their Whirlpool warranty by having a technician come fix the oven. At the BARE MINIMUM St. Louis Appliance Outlet should offer to return what they paid for installation because installation was not completed. It was simply moved into place. Shame on this company for leaving a customer out to dry just days before the holiday season. Shame on us for not listening to the other reviews that mentioned all the similar problems.

Bought a washer a year ago. Asked them to look at it as it was shaking like an earthquake. They refused to come look at it and asked me to send a video. The washer shakes so much it knocks everything off of it. Their response was this is normal. So I went with it even though the wife was ******. Next the wife wanted the matching dryer, so I bought the dryer from them. The dryer has a gaping hole in it after 6 months I left a nasty comment on their Facebook Page which got there attention. Their solution was that they would replace the washer with a better brand than Samsung but I would have to pay 2-3 hundred dollars more and that I would have to pay $50 for them to check out my dryer. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! See the photos. Clearly see how the decal has come off (pretty suspicious) See the huge hole in the dryer. Since they have removed my comments on their Face Book Page and blocked me from messaging them. I'm an honest hard working family man. I deserve better than this and SO DO YOU!

I called due to an ad on marketplace and was told the price. I went in the store wasting time to buy it and they said I had to go to another location to pay. I went into that store and they made me wait on the owner and then told me they couldn’t sell me the appliance for the price they told me. I wasted my whole day. Nothing has prices really and your lady on the phone and the salesman both gave me the same price and when I drove to your second location I’m then told I can’t have it for that price! Is that good business? What a waste of time and my money in gas. Now days you can order new stuff with warranty and free delivery to your door. Don’t waste time and money with these jokers.

Worst place ever: never buy your appliances there. 1. You will have a tons of problems that they refuse to deal with. 2. Your appliances won't be delivered on time, but the next day evening. 3. Worst customer service ever! 4. Most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I agreed to pay $2600 TOTAL for a Fridge and a Washer Dryer both dented and dinged The day of delivery he calls and says of I am trying to deliver but you have balance do, I had already paid CASH! I called he said oh I just meant you have to pay for delivery now. I said No wait a minute you said IF I paid cash $2600 TOTAL that means EVERYTHING... I mean that is the definition of the word TOTAL yes? So we argue I say fine refund my money He says NO returns! Crude! So I agree to pay his ransom It is moving day for me everything delivered. Later I find the washer but not the dryer is hooked up. I go to hook up dryer (No power cord) what the? OK whatever I Went and bought a new one no complaints. A week later I have a contractor come to install the water line for my new fridge and ice makers.... What do they say... THE PIECE WAS CUT OFF? THE WORD LEAKS IS WRITTEN ON THE BACK????? I HAVE TO CALL SAMSUNG TO GET THE REPLACEMENT PIECE? ARE you kidding me? So by the time I paid Delivery Then bought the new power cord for dryer Now the parts for the fridge I have now paid MORE than what LOWES had these items for sale for last week. BEWARE MATT IS A LIAR AND A RIP OFF! AVOID HIM AND HIS BUSINESS PRACTICES, he has a lot of excuses but does NOT make things right for his clients!

The original dishwasher in my house stopped draining so I decided it was time to get a new one. I really wanted a quiet one since the original one was very loud. I shopped around and found out how expensive they were so I checked Best Buy and Lowes/Home Depot clearance and open box. I found these guys on craigslist. I went to the Bridgeton store off St. Charles Rock Road - it is a little out of the way. I was greeted at the door and allowed to browse through the appliances. When the sales person got to me they showed me all the dishwashers they had. Dishwashers were on display and I could inspect them. They even showed me stock that was not on the sales floor yet. They had several that looked alike but were different levels and price and the sales person explained the differences. They helped me find a mid-range dishwasher - not the highest end but not the low end model. The sales person seemed a little soft on the price so I low balled and we negotiated a price. We loaded the dishwasher in my car and I took it home and installed it myself. It was easy but I did need to go buy one adapter for a couple of dollars at the hardware store. The new dishwasher is stainless steel inside and out and looks great. The first time I ran it I had to double-check to make sure it was on because it was so quiet. I have had it for 2 months now and I have no complaints. I have checked to see what this dishwasher costs at other stores and I did save a lot.
