My family bought an oven from them two days ago. They have a third party who they hire to do installation. They paid for this service. Movers came, and checked the burners and left. The oven control panel doesn't work and the oven doesn't turn on. St. Louis Appliance Outlet said if they already registered their brand new oven (like they were told to do) than they would forfeit their Whirlpool warranty by having a technician come fix the oven. At the BARE MINIMUM St. Louis Appliance Outlet should offer to return what they paid for installation because installation was not completed. It was simply moved into place. Shame on this company for leaving a customer out to dry just days before the holiday season. Shame on us for not listening to the other reviews that mentioned all the similar problems.

Bought a washer a year ago. Asked them to look at it as it was shaking like an earthquake. They refused to come look at it and asked me to send a video. The washer shakes so much it knocks everything off of it. Their response was this is normal. So I went with it even though the wife was ******. Next the wife wanted the matching dryer, so I bought the dryer from them. The dryer has a gaping hole in it after 6 months I left a nasty comment on their Facebook Page which got there attention. Their solution was that they would replace the washer with a better brand than Samsung but I would have to pay 2-3 hundred dollars more and that I would have to pay $50 for them to check out my dryer. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! See the photos. Clearly see how the decal has come off (pretty suspicious) See the huge hole in the dryer. Since they have removed my comments on their Face Book Page and blocked me from messaging them. I'm an honest hard working family man. I deserve better than this and SO DO YOU!

Worst place ever: never buy your appliances there. 1. You will have a tons of problems that they refuse to deal with. 2. Your appliances won't be delivered on time, but the next day evening. 3. Worst customer service ever! 4. Most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
