Sentinel Plumbing

Description of Work: He supposed to replace all missing copper in our home as well as fix 2 plumbing stacks. He did accomplish (after 3 visits) most of The copper, but used the wrong shut off (bleeder line nut missing) He never finished the copper to the basement bathroom. On Halloween, (that's when he finally made it back, for the 2nd time to stop the leak on the main stack 1st floor toilet) He cut a a 4 to 5 inch piece of PVC out so the bathroom couldn't be used. He never returned and he never called. I had to have a different plumber come in and rebuild the plumbing stack from basement floor to ceiling at the cost of nearly $1,000. I sent a certified letter to the address on the contract. It was returned undeliverable. Before I posted anything here or anywhere else, I tried to contact him in writing. He stated that he is a licensed plumber, but when I've spoken to St. Louis County Plumbing inspectors, they do not seem to know anything about him. He offered a 10 year written warranty, it wasn't worth the paper it was written on. Oh, BTW, if he tells you that it takes 24 hours for the PVC glue to dry before you can use it. Don't believe it. That's just how long it takes for him to cash your check.
