I was extremely pleased with the overall experience with Power Up. They came right away to offer a quote and as soon as I responded that we would like to go forward, the job was complete two days later. I was incredibly impressed with the customer service, Adam was extremely friendly and texted prior to the installation about his timing. He was so thorough and worked quickly and everything was cleaned up and installed two hours later. I would absolutely work with Power Up again and highly recommend them to others. Adam was an AWESOME technician! He got everything up and running in no time. The only complaint I would have about Power Up is the price, but all electricians are expensive and Power Up was the most reasonable. Thanks a lot guys!

your employee found the problem it wasnt the lite, but the lite switch, but he put up the new one anyway, the old one was over 30 years old and I had a hard time finding bulbs for it as the bulb is a Mercury Vapor. He found a lose wire in the switch and fixed it, now I have a backkyard light, and Im happy.

Highly responsive and went out of their way to get the job done in a timely fashion. Very professional with great customer service. I didnâ t like the 3.5% surcharge for using a credit card as I was remote and had no choice but to use a credit card. It seemed a little nickel and dime ish after I spent a couple thousand on the job.

Installed my new wires in under 2 hrs as well as fixed a light fixture that wasn't up to code without me asking! Kept me informed, every step of the way, and the cost was definitely affordable compared to other electricians I seeked bids from!

Lisa was amazing with explaining the scope/cost of the project and quickly scheduled an appointment. Mike did an awesome job and completed the work in less than 2 hours and explained everything nicely. Great experience!!

We would definitely use Power Up if we have needs in the future. Lisa was very helpful and pleasant when we scheduled, Heff came promptly to give us a bid, and Mike did an excellent job installing two lights/ceiling fans. He listened to what we wanted and made good suggestions. We called on a Tuesday and the work was completed by noon Thursday. Very happy in every respect!
