Our appointment window was noon - 4PM. Jason was at the door at noon! Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Then took care of another electrical problem we had as well. He was finished in about an hour. We are quite pleased with the experience and will contact Power Up the next time we need an electrician.
