 + -1 moreI entered Pearl Computer at 4:30 pm (just before closing time) on a Thursday because of a problem with my power cord. The technician verified that the problem was, in fact, in the power cord, which the manufacturer requires before allowing a replacement, so they ordered a replacement power cord and a new battery (because my battery was not holding a charge like it should). I was shocked when they called me the next morning to tell me that my replacements had arrived. Prior to going to Pearl Computer, I stopped at another authorized dealer closer to my home and they told me that I would have to leave my computer with them and someone would look at it the next day, and then if they verified that I qualified for a replacement I could probably pick my computer up early the next week.
Description of Work: Replaced power cord and battery for my laptop computer.
