Very upset with amount of service
Description of Work: Called garage pros they sent out meridian overhead garage door to fix my garage door? His quote was 439.00 to loosen torsion springs put cable back on took a whole 20 min! No parts just labor! He gave discount of 70.00 to bring it down to 369.98? Me and my wife were scratching our heads thinking it seems a lot but are car was trapped in there had to pay it? Called customer service and complained. he offered a 25.00 then 50.00 to give a positive review on Facebook and other social media sites REALLY!!!!! I couldn't handle it anymore said that's all he could do. I hung up and started to tell this story of my bad experience with these companies so sad !!
