It went well. I would use them again. They helped me stack my washer back up.

Everything went smoothly. The job was straight-forward and the plumber was up to the job.

The office staff at Cordia was outstanding. I called, based on a friend's recommendation, to see if they could do my partial bathroom remodel. While they only do the plumbing side, they work with a contracting company very closely. The office staff took down my free days during the week and then made a time when both the plumbing and contractor guys could come do the estimate together. I was elated she was willing to go that extra mile for me! Both men were professional, on time, and very knowledgable. They took measurments and gave advice regarding fixtures, shower walls, tubs and gave the pros and cons of each. They were very thorough with their examination of my bathroom and I really felt like they were sizing it up to be conquered! The turn around time to get my bid was very good. The only reasons I did not choose Cordia were that the bid was a bit high compared to my other bids, and that they mentioned needing to cut through my living room wall to get to the plumbing in the bathroom. None of my other contractors mentioned this, so I was uncertain if this was necessary. If it turns out to be, I owe them chocolate :). I would like to work with Cordia again and I plan to keep their info around especially for plumbing emergencies. I'd trust them to take really good care of me!

He came out and quoted me a price but it was a bit too high. He gave me a verbal quote but he said he will take it back to the office, put it in writing, and talk to his co-owner and I gave him my mail and he had my phone number but I never got the quote. So since, I didn’t get it in writing I never followed up on it. He said he would email it to me but he didn’t, so I just dropped it. The quote was way over $500 to $600, which was what I thought it would be in total. His quote was up there, about $1700, I got a quote from another company over the phone, and it was about $600. My first experience with him, as far as my one-on one interaction went, that was fine, but as far as him, getting back to me with a quote was not. He did take about half an hour investigating what was wrong, he had to go into the walls, check the shower and check the main line in the basement but he never followed up with me.

They were great. We had to have the water line coming into our house totally replaced. We got three bids and they were in the middle, but I liked their plan the best. They ended up matching the price of the lowest bid. They did great work and were very friendly. I would definitely hire them again.

I have used this company a couple times for my old house and the one I just moved into. A great place to use for plumbing. Not only are they fast and friendly they get the job done the first time. Steve is man !!!

I would use this company again in a heart beat. Their bill was about half of what the first company charged me and was so much more inclusive. I have not received the estimate for making the repairs as of yet, but this is an incredibly responsive plumbing company and I have worked with four just trying to get this resolved.

Woke on Saturday morning to a broken water main between the city meter and the house. Searched here for a reputable plumbing contractor. Called based upon a specific notation that claimed "24-hour/Emergency Service". Reached an answering service at 8:45 a.m. and explained our dilemma. Was asked specifically if this was an "emergency call? Since the city had shut the valve at the meter to prevent further flooding of the front yard, the answer was a resounding YES. No running water in the house on Saturday morning. Was told before hanging up that the call had been dispatched and that I should receive a call directly from the service technician to confirm the address and nature of the problem. Had to work at 11:00 a.m. and received no phone call by that time. Ultimately received NO CALL AT ANY TIME. So much for 24-hour/Emergency Service.

They took my call and within a few hours were at my home. The carpet in the basement was wet. The plumber (Ed?) diagnosed the problem as water seeping through a space between the driveway and the house. I initially pointed him to another part of the outside of the house and he reoriented me to where the water was coming in (I was wrong) from the outside. He suggested we clean the gutters and get some asphalt filler. Totally fixed the problem. Throughout the spring rains the basement has been dry. Excellent service, decent person, can't ask for more.

They haven't done any work but the experience was great. They arrived on time and the guy was very knowledgeable. He explained that there were several ways we could reroute the pipe and he made his recommendation. He explained how he would route it because part of our basement is exposed in the wintertime. He was very helpful.

They were a little slow to respond to our first call. Other than that they did a great job.

They are really good at what they do, they are very prompt, very pleasant and they don't charge too much, I think they are reasonable. They've even looked at things and said I really didn't need to do anything with it.

I called for a plumber this morning and made an appointment for service on my leaking toilet. Roger arrived at the designated time and went to work. He explained the process by which he diagnosed the problem and what was needed to fix it. The toilet had been improperly installed after new flooring several years ago. Roger made the repairs, inspected my other toilets for me, cleaned up after himself and was courteous and professional. I will certainly call this company in the future when I have plumbing needs.

They work really well with old plumbing. My house is about 100 years old so this is something that is hard to find.

They aren't as punctual and responsive on the intial contact as some other providers; it took about two weeks of me calling them to get an estimate. Once they started on the job they were pretty good. They were here when they said they would be, and finished the work on time. They explained to me exactly what they were doing and why. I was happy with the overall repair, but they were a little sloppy on the finishing touches (filling in the hole).

I noticed a soggy area in my front yard, which turned out to be a water main leak. Called water company and was told that it would be my responsibility to repair(period). Went to Angie's list to locate plumber to perform repair; most subcontract this sort of work. Contacted Cordia Plumbing and was given hope. Was told that St. Louis County has a program for which I probably qualify. They also gave me the name and phone number of the contact person. Repairs to be completed at no additional cost to me :-)(water company was ordered to come out and determine problem-funny). Could've been charged to have work completed by Cordia, but they were honest enough to guide me the right direction.

They are responsive, professional, punctual, and have always provided high quality service. Their pricing is fair as well. I have been satisfied with their service.

Our sump pump pipe was broken where it exits the house, which is about a foot below ground level. We had already dug an exploratory hole: the plumber used it to find the break, then called in a laborer to enlarge the hole (which was a cost-saver for us, since the laborer's time was much cheaper than the plumber's) and then replaced a section of old ABS pipe with new PVC pipe. The whole thing took less than 2 hours, and the repair has held for 4 months now. He also fixed one of our bath/shower faucets.

I was very frustrated by them. I had an emergency and they were very responsive because they came quickly. However, I didn’t feel like they were very flexible or responsive about my concerns about the type of water heater that they were installing. It was not a brand that I was familiar with and they didn’t carry brands that I had read about, and so I felt pressured under these urgent conditions to accept a model that I didn’t know anything about. There are only two of us in our household and they recommended a 50-gallon water heater even though historically we had a 40-gallon water heater which worked well for us. They put in something that was more expensive. After it was installed, I learnt more about it and I didn’t feel like it was the quality that I would have wanted. I did a little check that told me that my household needs only a 40-gallon water heater. Moreover, it didn’t pass inspection, and one of the factors was that the water heater was a 50-gallon unit instead of a 40-gallon one. I had paid them close to a $1000 of the bill but I didn’t pay the last $300 because it didn’t pass the code. I got several bills from them. I called them to say that I wanted to pay them and resolve the issue but I wanted to have this fixed first. They were supposed to have their manager contact me to follow up but they never responded. They stopped sending me bills. I don’t know if they have just written it off or if they’re going to take me to the small-claims court. When I called the city to ask what my options were, their response was that it was the plumber’s responsibility to take care of it. I’m technically still not in compliance. I would not recommend them.

I have been using them for close to two years now and have been satisfied with them.

The experience was excellent. They had timely service, they were professional, and they didn't make a mess. They worked really fast, running up and down stairs. I paid them to check up on other minor issues and they were good about that. They listened carefully, explained what the problem was and fixed it. The excellent work was done all in one day and the toilets work great.

They seemed to really know what they were doing. They came right away. They were on time. Also, They were really efficient.

Installer did a great job was friendly, estimator was in and out with-in 15 mins.

None of the problems were fixed to my satisfaction. The "repair" of the toilet actually made the toilet worse and water started leaking out the bottom of the toilet with water running through the ceiling by late that night. The dripping shower head was repaired, however no silicone seal was place on the handles, allowing water to get in behind the shower wall. When I called to have this remedied, the plumber put a very cosmetically unappealing caulk in place. The water stain was diagnosed as a shower door problem. So I called the shower door company and a tile company and they made the correct diagnosis of water leaking from the shower floor. I have called, written a letter, and even filed a complaint with the better business bureau. To no avail. I am extremely disappointed because this company has done work in the house 3 times before with good to above average results. Maybe it was just a bad day or this was one of their weaker employees, but it was extremely disappointing. The damage from the incorrect toilet repair costs $700 to repair the ceiling.

Clear description of the job; described the possible optimal findings once concrete was removed; very honest and upfront; and patient; they completed the work within days; they cleaned up every evening (it was frightening the first two days); they were helpful in moving things around the basement; the basement is now better than ever as is the front street work.
