AAA Pest & Termite Control

They are very efficient. They were the ones that did the termite job about 8 years ago in this house. I am supposed to use them to make sure that my warranty stays up-to-date. They call me too many times.

The owner overstepped his boundaries and asked me if I date (he is aware that I am married). I was so caught off guard I didn't know what to think or say - other than NO! Had I done something? Well, they have these pink "time to spray" cards that they mail out. I received one after the poor service ,and I called and left a message to return my call. The owner called me back and asked me if I needed them to come out and spray. I told him no and to delete my name out of their computer system and if I received another one I would have my husband return it to them. He laughed. I received another card about a week later. I think that is harassment. I strongly urge you to think twice about this company. Go with them when they spray and have your husband present - ladies.up *Update 11/7/11 Ms. Brendia, how dare you put the blame on me for filing a report against your Company. Do not forget that the reason for this report was due to an inappropriate remark made by Armand, who said he was the owner. Further, I placed a call to your Company and spoke to Armand requesting that I be taken off your mailing list, at which time he laughed at me and I continued to receive solicitations in the mail. I see that your defense of this action, by your employee, is to have a good offense where you blame the victim who filed the complaint. They came out fairly quickly after I called. They were quick and efficient. I had wanted them to do the termite inspection, and they did that. They told me that I would not see any bugs or pests in 30 days’ time, and that turned out to be true. They did a good job of treating the place. Their price was competitive with others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I have saved their business card for future use.

The first technician that came out was 3 hours late and did a very hurried job. I didn't think it was thorough enough. When I called a few months later, they sent another technician out that was right on time and he did an excellent job. Even though I waited a few months to call, they didn't charge me for the second treatment. They provide great customer service!

We've used this company several times. They always answer the phone quickly, come within a couple of days, and show up when scheduled. The ants did not return, and they were good about not spraying in areas that we requested they avoid.
