The installation process was explained, and all aspects of the project were completed in a professional manner Example: the lawn appeared very much as it had prior to all of the lines installed, and the equipment necessary for that. The installer was very thorough in his explanation of the system, and with the training he provided me for operating the system controller. This trained me to make any changes to day of the week, time of day, and length of time the system operated, plus how to manually operate individual systems, plus test systems. He also provided instructions of how to adjust the sprinkler heads for different spray patterns. They required a very small payment when I signed the installation agreement, and didn't request any additional payment until after it was completed and I had been trained how to operate the system. When they left, my driveway, sidewalks, lawn, and any surrounding area had been returned to the same cleanliness as prior to the installation. I would highly recommend Metro, and am scheduling them to service my system for the 2014 season.

We'll probably use them again here soon to turn on our sprinkler. I don't remember how much their service costs but they did a good job.

There was not one issue/concern with the sales rep or the workers who installed the system. Recently had to call them to move some of the sprinkler heads because we are extending our driveway and it was such a simple process - they were here within the time frame they said they would be here and completed the project. Have nothing but positive things to say about their prompt service and professionalism.

A big crew came on site, worked like crazy, and had the entire project done within a week. It was a huge undertaking. They installed the timers, checked the heads, taught me how to run the entire thing, and winterized too when it got too cold. Talk about excellent service. Every person on their team was professional, friendly, and responsive. I never had a concern from start to finish.

Great, as usual. I've been using Metro foe a few years now and I have always been satisfied.

Work was done well and as scheduled. Minimal disruption of lawn. Workers were careful of shrubs and cleaned up well. French Drain is working well. Sprinkling system had a leak around one of the control valves resulting in a very high water bill and a large soggy area near the leak. Company responded to a repair call promptly and identified and repaired the leak.

I had some bids from people that perform this work on the side. Metro came in at about $100 more than the side job folks and they provided me with a warranty as well. I normally winterize my own system but now I just make an appointment with Metro and the guys just take care of it. All in all, its the better way to go. I would say they have a reputation as being the BMW of installers. Very professional in everything they do. It doesn't matter who you talk too, everyone is exceptional. It's like hitting the easy button.

Both installations went well without hitches. Our annual contact visits (2) go without incident. I appreciate that when a technician comes to my house and he needs to enter, without fail for all these years, he takes his shoes off before entering. Metro has always been efficient and courteous. Obviously, we have had the same irrigation system for several years. We have had minimal maintenance issues during this time. I would not hesitate to recommend Metro to any one.

They are always on time and capped the lines to minimize future costs when the lines need to be re-routed. Will have them back this year to start up the service and do the additional work.

We have used Metro for a couple of years to activate our irrigation system, perform the backflow test & inspection, and for winterization. The technicians were professional and informative. They checked each of the sprinkler heads to make sure they were functioning correctly, showed me the problem areas, and answered all of my questions.

It went well. We have a service agreement with them so they come out twice a year - once to open up the sprinkler system and once to winterize it. If we need extra sprinkler heads or one replaced, they are quick to perform the service.

The installation went exceptionally well. Due to the time of year of the install, they were not able to fully test the system. This spring, however, they will be back at no additional charge to activate the system and make sure everything is working appropriately. The installation was tricky since it is nearly impossible to get digging equipment between the houses - causing a lot of the work to be by hand. Metro was quick, efficient, and especially easy to work with.

The techs providing the initial activation in the spring came and turned the system on, performed the backflow test, checked each zone and adjusted, repaired or replaced the needed parts. The replacement parts were at our expense, but the work was done promptly, efficiently and professionally. This hear was the first time we used the mid season service. One area of the lawn always seemed to suffer under extreme heat conditions in past years, so we purchased the mid season service to check the system for proper operation and make any adjustments. The tech that did the mid season check noted the problem with one head, changed out the orifice for a higher capacity, adjusted another head discharge pattern and made some other adjustments to make the system more efficient and effective. We were glad we signed up for the mid season service and will do so again in 2014. The fall winterization went fine and was done quickly. The service techs are always on time and if they will be significantly delayed, normally call and let us know. This company has always been very professional and we will continue to do business with them for the foreseeable future.

It went very well. My neighbor has a system too and we schedule both of our systems on the same day in the spring and fall to help them save coming out twice. I do hope they appreciate our doing this small part to help them.

We had our sprinkler system installed by Metrol Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes in September, 2007. We have continued to use them for servicing the system. They do the Spring Activation, Backflow Test and Winterization. They also take the responsibility of sending the Annual Backflow Prevention Test Data and Maintenance Report to the Public Water District to be kept on file and install the required tag on our system. In the Spring they check all areas to ensure there are no leaks or breaks in the system and all heads are working properly. The Techs are courteous and always willing to take the time to answer any questions we may have. We receive a renewal contract in January every year and sign up and pay for the complete basic package, then we are done. However, they do offer the option to pay at the time of each service. Metro Lawn sends a post card to remind us to set up an appointment for the required services in our package, which is very convenient for us. We have been highly satisfied with their product and services.

I have always found Metro Lawn Sprinklers to be very dependable and their service techs are always kind and personable. They always ask me if I have any questions or specific concerns with my system. When I first got my system they walked me through the programming cycles so that I could do myself and make changes as I saw needed. I would highly recommend this company for installation as well as maintenance of a lawn sprinkler system! In regards to lawn assistance, I used this company to aerate and seed my rental property lawn. The technician did a great job and I saw results in my yard within the following two weeks!

Overall, I am very satisfied with the installation. The price was reasonable, and the work was done well. When there was a small mistake, it was corrected very promptly. I would recommend them to others.

I've been using Metro for several years to service and maintain my lawn irrigation system. Their service is very punctual and professional. For this service date, the serviceman actually arrived over an hour earlier than expected (I had a service appointment window of between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.), which was fine with me (I'd rather have them come EARLIER than expected than later! :) ). The system was completely drained and blown-out, and the system prepared for the winter season. Although I think that Metro's pricing is a bit higher than others for the same comparable services, I am very pleased with their consistent level of service, and I plan to continue using them for my lawn irrigation system maintenance needs.

Went excellent. Salesman was very informative, took time to answer my questions, and I felt very comfortable doing business with him. I got bids and they were right in the ballpark. Installation was right on time and finished on time. Installer boss explained to me what they were doing and upon completion, he demonstrated that the system was working correctly and he showed me how to use the system. Was very friendly and let me ask questions. System continued to work fine the rest of the summer until we winterized it recently. Would strongly recommend this company.

Excellent! They installed the system within 2 days as we moved into a newly built home. They worked around our plans for a fence and completed on schedule before sod was installed. Works great, polite workers, organized and clean. Afterward, they came by to check if everything was okay and we were getting the proper coverage with the sprinkler heads. They replaced a head or two after they were damaged by the sod installers when they graded the yard. But wait...that's not all. At the first night it was supposed to freeze in October, we got an email and a personal phone call making sure we knew how to protect our back-flow system from freezing since we hadn't closed the system yet. Then they closed then they closed the system at the end of October and were polite and quick about it. Great experience from the first time we contacted them to the present. We won't use anyone else. These days, it's hard to find a good solid company with great customer service that treat their customers with respect. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Don't go anywhere else. We've been there and did that

It went very well. Everything was done when scheduled, and as expected. The system works fine. Quick response to request for an estimate, and estimate prepared on the same visit, with opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions. The installation crew was very hard working, professional and courteous. They were careful to not damage the lawn. Plenty of instructions on how to use it. A month later, we had them come to shut it down for the winter, and saw the same quality of service as during the sale and installation. It was a good experience from start to finish.

They did a great job and were very professional. They took the time to explain how the system worked and how to program it. Good Job!!!!
