Very well. My service technician (Mike Shifley) showed up at my appointment time on 10/25/2021 as expected, and he completed the system turn-off and winterization of the system in under a half-hour.

We have used Metro now for 23 years. They installed our system in 1998, and have been servicing it ever since. Obviously, we are very happy with their service

The first backflow replacement had complications, but a technician was responsive and professional to fix it right away.

I requested quotes from several companies, but Metro was by far the best on overall price and professionalism. One company didn't respond at all, and the other didn't really listen to my specific request for using Rainbird products. Additionally, Metro was quick and expedient, both with my initial consultation and actual sprinkler system installation. The install went great, and the team showed me how to use the system and gave me a walkthrough of how to turn the system off if there was a problem. Overall, I was extremely impressed with their courteous and professional team and would definitely recommend them to others.

All work was very good, timely, and pleasant. However, repair visits are not thoroughly investigated, diagnosed, and fixed on the first visit. Somehow only one issue can be addressed per visit. e.g. cannot dig up a sunken sprinkler head plus replace another leaking sprinkler head on the same visit. So there is twice the charge and inconvenience for the second visit. Or if the problem persists, there is no return visit courtesy but a full visit charge. For this season I will still use them.

Metro lawn had put the original sprinkler system in at the home that I purchased. When it came time to update the system I asked for a plan. They did a wonderful job, making sure that I got the best coverage from the sprinkler system.

I just received an email with the annual service agreement for my lawn sprinkler system. This will be the 23rd year that I have used Metro Lawn. The contract won't do any work until April, so there is no immediate report on "how did it go". Based on past experience I expect it all to go very well. This company has always done a great job, prompt, professional and knowledgable in their work.

Metro has been opening and closing our sprinkler system for years. The work is always performed very well and they do not attempt to sell additional services that are not needed.

Last year I needed to adjust all my sprinkler heads as landscaping changed a bit and needed my weather station moved. They did an excellent job and the sales person even came out when I called because I could not figure out how to make some more adjustments that I needed. So far I have been happy with my irrigation system and the service.
