Outstanding! Metro installed an irrigation system for us in the Spring of 2015. Part of the sales pitch included a claim we would see lower water bills. We did! Significantly lower!! The price was right and workmanship was great. There was minimal impact on my lawn during the installation and the workers were friendly and informative. When closing the system down at the end of the first session, the technician noticed one sprinkler head was defected. It was replaced at no cost to us. We now have an annual service agreement (reasonably priced) and Metro's outstanding service continues. Our wait time for any service we have needed has been very reasonable and normally receive the service when our busy schedule permits. Our lawn looks better than ever. We do not have to concern ourselves with how much and when to water. The system takes care of everything automatically and adjusts when mother nature has provided enough water for our lawn. There service technicians are knowledgeable and provide detailed responses to questions or concerns. The workers were very professional and did an excellent job. For the first time, our lawn looked beautiful after using the watering system that was recommended and installed. Great company! They are on time and they get the job done right. They replaced the sprinkler heads on a couple sprinklers at a fraction of the cost of our lousy old sprinkler company and used a quality replacement product. We love this company! They have always been friendly. They have always been honest about issues with the system and fixes that needed to be done. They even recommended a great plumber when the back flow valve went out. A plumber that we have now used for several large plumbing upgrades in our home. We will continue to use this company for years to come and recommend to our friends.

I was very impressed with everyone from the sales person to the installers and the repair crew. I was waiting for a fencing company to install a fence, who was backed up and missed the install date. So I had to keep putting off Metro because I wanted the fence in place before the irrigation went in. Once the fence was in they came in right behind and did not make me wait. I was impressed with the salesman. Was easy to work with and steered me away from options that were not necessary for my job. The installation crew was good. They did minimal damage to the existing turf and were very polite and quick with the install. The lead installer ran me through the operation of the control box and how to adjust the heads once the installation was complete which was 2 days. He made sure I understood it all before leaving. Two days after the install, my landscape company came in and and laid down 6 pallets of sod, and planted in three beds, ( we had just finished a large hardscape project prior to irrigation) when the landscapers ran over the inground valve box breaking the main pipe. I was paniced because it was noon on a Thursday, I was leaving town that evening and I had fresh sod that needed water or it was going to die. I called Metro, explained my situation, and by 2 pm they were there to fix the pipe and save the day. I was impressed. I want to add, I had 3 estimates and they all were about the same price. I picked Metro because I really liked the salesman.

I contacted the company after seeing reviews on Angie's List. I requested my sprinkler system be activated and also requested an estimate for repairs. The apt went fine. However, I never heard back from them about the estimate for the repairs. I was ready to hire them, and I have no idea why they haven't gotten back to me. ??

The workers were timely and the owner and his son have been very responsive to any questions or concerns I have had. They have come out to the house within 24-48 hours when there have been problems with fungus growing in our yard or when the heads of the sprinkler system have needed tweaking. They seem to really care about customer satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have them service our irrigation systme twice a year. They are very punctual and do the work without issues. Never had had a problem with them doing anything unnecessary. If there is an issue, they bring to my attention before proceeding.

Metro arrived on the date and pretty close to the time we had scheduled with their work crew. They were very professional and once the plants were "staged", they made sure that they were where I wanted them before planting them. I had them move a couple of plants and that was not an issue or problem for them at all. We even changed out a couple of plants as they were not what we expected and that all went smoothly. They cleaned up and hauled away everything after they were finished. Very happy with the end product!
