Metro installed our system in 1998, and we have used them ever since for spring and fall maintenance. We have been very happy with their service the past 18+ years.

I could not be happier. When I started using Metro, my lawn was half dead and looked awful. After a few years of weed control and over seeding, it is beautiful, thick and green! Since adding my landscape lighting, people walking by have stopped to comment how much they liked the way my property looked, and questioned who did the work. Metro has transformed my property into a thing of beauty without breaking the bank!

We use Metro every year. It is always done professionally. They did installation back in the 90's and never had a problem.

Very well. In most cases the employees were friendly and new exactly how to handle some of the problems I had in repairing leaks and moving some lines where I was planning a flower area. In one instance I had a problem with the control panel and upon calling them they were responsive in getting a new one installed in a short period of time.

Our back yard is a natural swale for our neighborhood. The lower part of the yard was soft at the time the irrigation system was installed. The machinery used to install the system did some damage to the lower part of the back yard. The installation crew fixed the damage before leaving the job. I would and I have recommended Metro Lawn Sprinkler to family and friends.

Great. Had terrible rocky terrain. The guys worked hard. In the end, one portion of the drain was not working properly. They came back and dug the portion wider, filled it with additional gravel and drilled extra holes in the rigid pipe we requested. The drain works better than I had ever imagined. The back yard is now completely dry and usable.

The work was performed on time, friendly service, and as promised.

I have been using Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes for over 15 year. I never have any problem getting my appointment for my system to be turned on or off. They are on time and nice and clean with the work they preform. I would recommend them to anyone who has a sprinkler system.

Good; technician showed up promptly within a half-hour after the beginning of my 2-hour service appointment window, and he shut down and blew out the system. This was the first-time this particular technician serviced my system, which is very old (over twenty-five years; analog timer control box). As such, he did experience some difficulties blowing out the system (i.e., he didn't realize the system zones didn't "rapidly respond" to his timer box control adjustments). He appeared to get frustrated, so I told him I would cycle the zones from the control box. After we finished blowing out the nine separate zones, I re-cycled them to ensure all water was blown out of each zone.

shut down went great. Tech was on time & professional. Purchased my system from them as well & very happy. The crew that installed mine did awesome. Walked me through how to operate it. Didn't leave until I completely understood. When I've had it open for the season techs have explain different watering tips....I like that. Will continue to use them.

Good; they had to perform repairs over two separate visits (on consecutive days) to allow glue to dry on a water line PVC fitting and a new section of PVC pipe at the junction with a replacement electric water valve. I had to replace an electric water valve on one one my zones, and repair a leak in another zone. The damage to the lawn irrigation system was due to water line repairs performed by a landscaping company when they performed a major overhaul of my landscaping the previous Fall and had damaged the irrigation system. The knowledgeable technicians explained and showed me how the improperly repaired system by the landscaping company had caused the current leaks in my system.

We chose Metro for installation of our lawn and landscape sprinklers because they were highly recommended by neighbors and contractors. Their representative (Nick Ferguson) was knowledgeable and professional, and the price seemed reasonable. The installation crew was also professional, hard-working, and conscientious. The work required coordination with a landscaping contractor, which went smoothly, and the job was completed in one day. The ill-effects of digging lines through the yard were negligible and all traces of the installation were gone in short order. The watering coverage is excellent. We are happy that we went with Metro.

I would recommend Metro Lawn Sprinklers to anyone with a sprinkler system. They are a very professional company. They are always punctual and courteous. They go above and beyond in their work.

Last year we had a major leak in the system at the point of connection to the city water supply. The service representative found the source of the leak, made the repairs and we were back in service the same day. It was a big job and not an easy repair. This repair was not included in the annual maintenance agreement and was not expected to be included. This repair was about $450.

Metro has always been very responsive and professional. When a couple sprinkler heads broke, they immediately came out and replaced them the same day I called. I also get numerous compliments on our lawn from our neighbors, and I always say it's because of Metro.

I have had Metro Lawn Sprinkler irrigation system for 10 years plus and have had no working issues with the system since installation. I have an annual contract for start up and shut down each year which is done on a timely basis. Each work order for this is set up by phone, office staff is very accommodating, and performed as per set time. I would recommend their service as they were recommended to me years ago.

The installation was done in one day to my surprise. The crew was professional and great to work with. Thereafter the system was adjusted and tweaked to my satisfaction. I will continue to use Metro for my spring activation and winterization.

Both the installation and winterization and mid-season inspection was done in both a professional and timely manner. The crew who installed our system made us aware of the progress and completed in one day. After service issues and poor responsiveness from another large lawn sprinkler company in Lake St. Louis (that we were a VIP client with and had used for 10 years!) , I called Metro Lawn Sprinkler. Dennis, the service manager came out within two days to assess the problem. He provided me an estimate within several days and was able to work our job into their schedule the following week. Jerry performed the work and was just as professional and knowledgeable as Dennis. We were so pleased, we are switching our annual sprinkler service contract to Metro Lawn Sprinkler.Their annual price is slightly higher than our previous sprinkler company, but we would rather be with knowledgable professionals that have great customer service than a company that is just volume-driven like our previous lawn sprinkler company.

I've used these guys for several years, including the installation of a new 9-zone system. Their annual service has been great. Very knowledgeable associates and always in time. I highly recommend them.
