Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes

Metro lawn sprinklers installed our system and we continue to hire them yearly for all of our lawn sprinkler needs. During the activation of the system in 2017, it was noted that Charter had cut thru one of the water lines for the system when they were laying new cable. Metro was prepared to repair our system that day. They always offer appointments that accommodate our schedule and the technicians are good to work with. Their yearly service agreement is fair in price and does not increase yearly.

Tech was on time and very nice. I am having normal issues with a couple of the sprinkler heads due to age of the system. The installation was perfect! Done on time, no mess left behind, explained how the system works (noting very patient with all my questions) and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Since the installation, I have had a annual service agreement to activate the system, mid season maintenance check-up and end of season winterization. Scheduling is easy, always on time and technicians are very professional. I want to make a special comment: The salesman pitched my water bill would be reduced indicating it would significant. IT WAS! My water bill was reduced by half and my lawn has looked a heck of a lot better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND METRO LAWN SPRINKLERS & LANDSCAPES to anyone who wants a good looking healthy lawn.

It went very well- fast, less expensive than other firms, great service. We had contracted months before with another company who were unresponsive after we signed a contract; they ultimately went bankrupt and closed 6 weeks before we were to leave for a 3 week trip in the middle of the summer. We needed to get the system installed before we left. I called Metro about 4 or 5 weeks prior to the trip and they were able to get it installed before we left. Great company!

Always on time for scheduled services - no issues. Able to replace sprinkler heads when needed upon turning on irrigation system in the spring. Price is lower than other commercial lawn services. I wish they had an on-line way of signing up for their service agreements instead of having to mail the forms and a check.

Everyone I had contact with were courteous and professional. This is first house I've owned with a sprinkler system and they took the time to explain what and why they were doing everything and asked if I had questions. The technicians also explained the best time to operate sprinklers and for how long making suggestions for different areas (lawn, flower beds and even sprinkler heads based on plant size). When leaks were identified they were fixed in a quality manner. The technicians arrived on time and worked quickly even with me interrupting them with questions! When entering the house they made sure they did not bring dirt or mud into the house, when repairing lines, they restored grass and lawn back to before state.

Have had the system for almost two years now. Great customer service and always punctual! Highly recommend!

The crew arrived on time and installed the fully system (11 zones) in one day. They did an excellent job and spent the time at the end of the day to fully adjust the system and explain operation to me. They did a terrific job and I would definitely use them again.

Metro did a fantastic job! They showed up early and worked incredibly hard. The job, although 11 stations, was done in one day. The crew was knowledgeable, hard working and did a great job overall. The price was very good and we got a great Rainbird system that connected to the Internet so the system will not water if rain is predicted. It was interesting that a neighbor had a system installed by another company and the job took over a week.

From start to finish they have been very professional and responsive. They gave me the best price of the three bids that I got for the system installed. Within two weeks the yard looked great with no sign that any work had been done.

It went just fine. Tech repaired several damaged and leaking heads and set sprays. Walked me through setup of the unit and the zones. Will call again for winterization.

Service is generally good. This year I had several new sprinkler heads installed along with the spring activation. I asked that the sprinkler heads be aimed to ensure good coverage of the lawn. When I turned it on today, several weeks after the install the new head in the middle of the yard was set to 40 degrees coverage instead of 360, the second only sprayed my house and some of the other previous ones watered my neighbor's lawns better than mine. The techs were nice enough but I just expect better attention to detail for the price.

Everything was done great and in a timely matter. Once it was installed everything was explained in detail how everything worked.

Metro installed our system in 1998, and we have used them ever since for spring and fall maintenance. We have been very happy with their service the past 18+ years.
