This is the second time I have hired Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes. The first time they installed an effective French drain system at a prior residence. At my newest residence they recently extended / relocated a downspout drainage popup emitter to be further out in my yard away from my house. The day of the work they arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done and completed the work within the time estimated and cleaned up the work area. I am very pleased with the work they did. If I need any more landscaping / drainage work, Metro will be the first company I call. I trust their integrity and their competence.

Metro Lawn Sprinklers and Landscape are by far the best Lawn Sprinkler System company I've hired. I've owned three homes in different states and had irrigation systems installed. None compare to Metro. Metro's employees are knowledgeable and professional when they are servicing my system. They always give me good tips on water scheduling and tutorials on the system. Their prices are better than most. But most of all they don't tear up your yard like other installers, they have the proper and up-to-date equipment to do a highly effective job.

Over time through mowing, etc. and plants growing taller and fuller we have had to have our sprinklers either adjusted or replaced. They arrived promptly and were able to fix any issue that we have. They listened to our issues and suggested improvements to our system (i.e.) adding more sprinkler heads. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a sprinkler system or maintenance.

Team arrived on time, courteous, notified me when they went to lunch, cleaned area, explained how system worked, gave suggestions on when and how often to run system. Now I am having them provide fertilization and weed control.

Very well. Lead technician Justin, who specializes in finding broken wires/diagnosing electrical issues, arrived at his scheduled time. I had flagged all of the sprinkler heads and valve boxes, which Justin said he appreciated; he said most of the cost of these types of repairs is for time spent trying to find all of the valve boxes and sprinkler heads, which can become hidden under thatch and clippings. After explaining to Justin what the earlier technician had inspected and tested, he began to systematically step through the sequential zones as I shadowed him. As we traced the various waters lines and valve boxes through the yard, he explained what he was doing and why, which I found very informative. We found the broken wires at the third valve box, which Justin repaired, and then he stepped through and tested the remaining six valve boxes to ensure there were no other broken electrical wires in the system. At some of the valve boxes, Justin found some suspect wire connectors, which he said were typically used in older systems like mine but were not used anymore because they tend to fail (he was surprised that I hadn't had issues with them in my system due to its age). Where Justin found a suspect wire connector, he replaced it with a new, more dependable one to ensure it would not be a problem in the near-future. When he had finished his repairs and reviewing all of the valve boxes, we ran the system to ensure all zones were working properly. I was very satisfied with the thoroughness of Justin's work and his expertise, and I really appreciated his allowing me to shadow him during his work and his explanation of his work. Also, I am very happy with him identifying the suspect wire connectors and replacing them, which undoubtedly saved me future problems and repair service calls. Not only do I recommend Metro Sprinklers for such lawn irrigation issues, but I would also personally recommend requesting Justin to perform them.

We have been using Metro since 2015 when they added heads to our current system. We have hired them yearly since then to maintain our system and have been very pleased with everything related to this company. We pay an annual fee of approx $238 and, unless there are issues with the system, there are no other cost incurred throughout the year. I would recommend them to all.

wonderful, had gotten 2 other estimates and even though 1 was less money I did not get a good feeling about the company and reviews were not good for that company. So I went with Metro and have been impressed from the start.

The servicman was very knowledgible and courteous. I have no issues with Metro and would highly recommend them. $238.00 is a very reasonable for the annual activation, backflow test, And winterizing.
