L & S CLEANING

They are very detail oriented and they stand behind their work. If we find anything missed or that we thought should have been done, they come back out. Their price is a bargain. We've never had anybody any better. We will most definitely use them again.

Very thorough, did a great job, she has been cleaning my father's home for months now and it looks great. She always does little extras like cleaning up or picking up unexpected items that my father has left out. She also does extra cleaning when we need it and whatever else my father needs done.

They do a very nice job. I have been satisfied with their service. L and S Cleaning is much cheaper and better than the last cleaners that I had. They come out with a crew of three girls and do all of the work. Every time they leave my home just feels clean.

The lady that came out and I liked her alot, Sherry. I was not happy with the cleaning. They were very expensive and didn't do the job to fit the price.

Overall it went well. I called Linda and Sherry on a Tuesday and they were able to fit me in on Thursday due to a cancellation. They met me at my apartment on Tuesday to see what all needed to be done and give me a quote for the job. They arrived on time, and walked through the apartment several times to check what all needed to be done. They conferred with each other on how much to charge, gave me a price and set up a time that they would be coming through. I was able to leave money at the apartment for them. On Friday I checked the work they did and met Linda to pay her the remaining balance on the job. I was able to check out of my apartment Friday afternoon with nothing else needing to be done thanks to Linda, Sherry and Linda's daughter.

They were prompt to make a visit and get back to me with an estimate. A deep cleaning of $150 and bi-weekly cleaning of $90, which I felt was reasonable for the areas of my house I wanted cleaned. My house is 2100 sq. feet. However, I only wanted the living areas minus 3 children's bedrooms cleaned. They two ladies both came to my house to look at what I wanted done and were professional and friendly. I would recommend them to someone looking for cleaning services. I am a teacher with 3 children and a husband who travels a lot. These ladies are just what I need!

Sherri and Linda first came out to give me an estimate with in a few hours of initially calling them. I expressed that I wasn't happy with my current cleaning service. Before I could even state why, both Sherri and Linda started pointing out things that needed to be done! I was so relieved! They were both very friendly and I had a great feeling that things would go well! They agreed to do an initial deep cleaning of the house and fit me in two days later. I was absolutely amazed upon returning home and seeing my house! It was spotless! Things that I didn't expect, were done! My chair rail and baseboards were clean, my bookshelves were dust free, things were just as I had left them, but CLEAN! And, the kitchen was probably cleaner than it has ever been! I am simply amazed! They will be back in two weeks to do the regular cleaning and I couldn't be happier!

I hired them for an initial, and maybe one-time, cleaning for a friend, who had been in the hospital multiple times in the last year. The condo had not been deep-cleaned for a while, and my friend was having some trouble doing regular straightening and cleaning. Sherri was available, responsive, and the team was there when they said they would be, did what they said they would do. My friend seemed to be happy with the results, although I didn't go and inspect, myself. Sherri made a trip to look at the place ahead of time, to give me an estimate/quote. I thought the quote was a little "high," or more accurately, I was hoping it would be lower, but I don't think it was over-priced. Housework is hard, and I've worked as a house-cleaner before, so I know. I see other surveys saying they thought the price was high, but perhaps our expectations of price are based on the fact that we under-value the work? I would not hesitate to call Land S again, if my friend needs the service in the future.

L and S came ahead of time to assess the job and give me a price. I specifically said my priorities would be the floors - hardwood and ceramic tile on the main floor, vacuum upstairs + kitchen and bathrooms. I was surprised when they said $300 (I thought this was high), but Sherry agreed to $250 for 2 people for 4 hours. When they arrived, I walked them through the house again, emphasizing my priorities. I showed them where my vacuum was so they could use it in addition to the one they brought. I made the mistake of leaving to go to work. When I came back four hours later, they told me they were not able to ''get to'' the master bathroom. I was shocked. I ended up paying them the full $300 and they stayed another hour to do the bathroom. While the job was good, I wouldn't say the cleaning was great, e.g. they didn't clean wood floors under furniture. Nothing was vacuumed. They spent the entire time cleaning doors and door frames. Though these needed cleaning, they were not a priority.

The ladies were very friendly. They came out to look at the house to give us an estimate and we liked them from the start. They performed the work on a Saturday, and although they were a little late, they did a nice job. We were pleased with the cleaning.

They are very friendly and professional and did a very good job the initial cleaning and the one follow-up cleaning I have had done. While not perfect, they have done very good overall cleaning jobs so far.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD. I HAD MY BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN REMODELED, SO THERE WAS A LOT OF LEFTOVER MESS AND CONSTRUCTION DIRT. THEY CLEANED THE ENTIRE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. THEY EVEN GOT THEIR TOOTHBRUSHES OUT TO CLEAN THE GROUT IN THE BATHROOMS. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHER. THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY BROUGHT ALL THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. THEY WENT OVER EVERYTHING 3 OR 4 TIMES. THEY WERE HERE FOR HOURS AND DID NOT TAKE ONE SINGLE BREAK. THEY WERE DOWN ON THEIR KNEES JUST WORKING LIKE CRAZY. I TOLD THEM THIS WAS A ONE-TIME JOB, AND THEY STILL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. EXCELLENT.

THEY DO A REASONABLE JOB

$30 AN HOUR FOR TWO LADIES. MY WIFE IS PICKY AND SHE WAS VERY PLEASED, THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR, THEY SQUEEZED US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE. WE ARE GOING TO HIRE THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS, WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED!
