The maids a good, thorough job esp. with the oven and the interior windows. We would definitely hire them again, and have told our family members and friends about them.

The service turned out good. She was friendly. There was nothing that I didn't like about her. We didn't have to pay anything more.

They were prompt and they did a good job. I don't think I was there most of the time I had to go and my daughter was there so as much I know they did a fine job and they were punctual, that's what was more important.

All areas that I had wanted cleaned were adequately cleaned. I went over all the items I wanted taken care of before the Blairco housekeeper (I cannot remember her name) began her work. She was professional and moved quickly. I was very happy with the way our house looked after she was finished. I would use this company again.

They cleaned out my house and It was fine. They were quick, thorough, and they did a good job.

I bought the Big Deal package for 4 hours of work. I spoke with the owner of Blairco, I explained that I was moving out of one house to another and I need the house I was moving from to be cleaned and I would like for them to sweep down the ceilings, walls, floors, wash the inside of the windows and window sills, wash the kitchen and bath cabinets and sinks. He said that he was not in the office but he would put me down for 9:00 am. I gave him the address on the house I was moving from (the house that needed cleaning) and he said okay. On the day they were to come I was at the house I was moving from at 8:30 am. No one showed up by 10:15 so I called the owner again. He said his worker went to the house at 9:00 and no one was there. I told him I was there before 9:00 and was still there. I asked him what address did he go to, and of course he gave me the address of my new house (I never told him where my new house was). He said he must have gotten the address off the Angies List and he would send someone out again to the house I was moving out of and they would be there at 12:30 pm. I explained that since I had lost a half day of work waiting for them that I had to go to work. I told him I would leave a list of the chores for Blairco to do and there would be other workers there as well to let her in the house. The Blairco lady showed up did some of the items on the list BUT she checked off all of the items on the list as finished. SHE HAD NOT COMPLETED EVERYTHING. She signed in at 12:30pm and signed out at 3:35pm and left. I returned at 5:00 pm to find that she had not washed all of the windows and sills. There was a total of (6) six windows and she cleaned only (4) four windows. I immediately call the owner to inform him of the incident, got his voicemail, I briefly explain the incident on his voicemail and asked him to call me back. He did not. I called and left messages for him for two weeks (4 messages total) but he never called me back. He did not even call to apologize for his workers incomplete work and for his unprofessional work ethic of returning the calls. This is just common courtesy. I was very disappointed.

Overall went well. Employee was very polite and professional. Cleaning was not as thorough as desired but staff did work hard.

Meticulous, clean, well done. Loved it

The cleaning lady was terrified of my small, gentle dog. She arrived late, but called ahead of time to let me know. She cleaned my kitchen fine, then disappeared for several hours to clean my two bathrooms (she did not clean a tub, which I requested....but then neglected to clean the glass door on my shower, which I never requested.) Her dusting was hit or miss. The mirrors were full of lint. I had to give her paper towels, since she had none. She was going to use the same dirty cloth to clean my house! It was disgusting. I will never use them again.

The person who was sent to clean was nice but did not seem to know how to clean. She came with ammonia and a vacuum that looked like it was bought at a garage sale. She was going to use ammonia on my granite and I stopped her and gave her granite cleaner. The floors still need to be vacuumed because the vacuum did not pick up as it should have. There were streaks left on anything shiny. The bathroom shower doors are still filthy. The job was what I do when I am quickly cleaning - not satisfied at all - embarrassed to have paid what I paid for this service.

Given the limited amount of time purchases, the cleaner got a lot done. Pleased

I purchased a "Big Deal" - 4 hrs of house cleaning for $75 for my Mother. I called to set up appointment. Shonita arrived right on time. She finished all that was asked before the 4 hours were up and asked my Mom what else she would like done. Mom said if she wanted she could clean her knick knacks in a cabinte. Shonita cleaned every item (and there's a lot!). She was very friendly and thorough. My Mom was very satisfied.

They cleaned my house every two weeks for several months. The price was good but as they say you get what you pay for. I felt there wasn't much attention to detail. I often had to call to remind them to clean around my bathroom faucets and the window sill in the shower. It seemed that they only cleaned what could be seen but never moved anything to clean around or under it. For example, I had a 5 x 8 rug on my living room carpet and I never saw evidence that they rug was moved or any vacuuming was done around the edges. Usually after calling to complain Jay would come out the next time my house was cleaned and it would be better but the next time it was back to normal. I was told they removed things from shelves before dusting but often I would find things in the exact same position with dust underneath so I don't think they regularly moved things to dust. I was very disappointed because Jay makes a very strong first impression.

They are very reasonable and go the extra mile to make sure I am happy.
