How did it go? Horrible. I will NEVER allow this company to step foot in my home again. As the other reviews, this company was sent by the home warranty company (which I have also let go). This company is anything BUT professional. I would recommend to everyone, if this company is assigned to you, turn them down!! Deff dont hire them out of your pocket. Total waste of time and money.

Zaki sent out a technician who insulted me and upset me so much through his verbal abuse that I was almost in tears after I told him that I didn't think he was experienced enough to handle the job. My exact words were "I think I'll have to call my home warranty company (AHS) ask them to send out a different technician" After I said this, the technician became belligerent and left. I understand his feelings were hurt but this is my home and my appliance and if it was clear he didn't have much experience working on an appliance that uses gas and electric, I would rather have someone else work on the appliance for my safety. Things got worse from here. My home warranty company asked me to give a rating for this company. I responded with a negative review, stating this was the worst experience I've had with a repair company in 30 years. Next, I receive a text message (on my personal cell phone) with more ranting and insults from the technician, stating that I was the worst customer ever. I understand he was upset that I picked up on his inability to properly service appliances but this type of behavior from a company is inappropriate to the point where my home warranty company is investigating this contractor and has my evidence on file in terms of how he bullied me over the phone via text message. I'm writing this for consumers even though I'm reluctant to say anything more because this company is so unprofessional, who knows what could happen. Thus, I'm writing this for the consumers. Please ask for another contractor if your warranty company assigns this contractor to you. The technician is inexperienced, angers easily, and is very unprofessional. I really don't see them staying in business for long, and I can confirm that all of the negative responses (there are many online) are extremely accurate.

This company has some nice people that really act like they want to help you. We were assigned Zaki through our home warranty. They took days to actually call us to set up an appt. Mark came out and looked at our fridge 2 different times. He said he would take care of us and seemed really sincere. The first time they repaired the fridge, it went from being too cold and freezing food to too hot and food was spoiling fast. We were assigned a few other companies before and after this first appt with Zaki and nothing that was being fixed actually fixed the problem. The final step (nail in the coffin for us) is Mark came out and looked at our fridge for their company's second time. He said the compressor might be going out and said he would take care of us. We didn't hear back from Mark, so I called our Home Warranty. They said they wouldn't cover the compressor or replace the fridge because Mark stated we were keeping the fridge too close to the wall. This is definitely not true. We provided pictures of the spacing of the back/sides/top of fridge to wall to Zaki and asked them to make things right with the home warranty company. The plug on the back of the fridge doesn't allow us to put the fridge too close to the wall and the side and top are at least 3-4" from wall. We had been trying to get our fridge working again through the home warranty company for 10 months at this point. Sam at Zaki said they would take care of it. They never did. This was the most horrible experience to deal with a broken fridge this long and never end up with it fixed. Sam told us they (as the appliance company) get rated lower by the Home Warranty company when they recommend an appliance needs replacing. Overall Zaki's talk didn't match their walk; they said they would take care of us but they ultimately told the home warranty what they thought they had to in order to protect their relationship with that company. Two unfortunate things: that the home warranty company rates their service providers in such a way that discourages replacement when it is necessary and that Zaki didn't take care of us like they kept saying they would. Very disappointed.
