Description of Work: I have used cleaning authority for many years. The quality of the service depends on the team that shows up. They consistently do a good job, and sometimes they do a great job...but it depends on the team. Punctuality has been a consistent problem. They are often later than they predict.

Description of Work: We are an older couple and need help cleaning. When I contacted Cleaning Authority it was listed as A on Angie's List. I felt the price was high for a small condo, but did employ them on a monthly basis for three months. They did not arrive at the agreed upon time, there were no phone calls saying they would be late. One of the women came all three months but each of the other times a different second person came. Two of the months the bathrooms were not cleaned to the standards they promised. No one ever made follow up calls to see if we were happy. In short, company did not deliver on the promised work. I will not have them back.

Description of Work: Cleans my house every other month. I have an unpredictable schedule and they allow me to be flexible with the cleaning dates, a big plus for me. I've used them for most of 3 years, and yes we've the occasional bump, but each has been resolved. A good consistent cleaning or I wouldn't continue to use them.

Description of Work: We've used them for about a year to do house cleaning for us. Initially we had them come out every two weeks but for the last four months we've had them come out about once a month. We have postponed them for about the last month due to remodeling work we are having done.

Description of Work: Cleaning Authority was hired to clean my home. They initially performed a full cleaning of the house. They did a great job with this. My home is 3,600 square feet and a two-story. After the initial cleaning, they were to clean my home every other week and rotate a "detail cleaning" each time they were here. Cleaning Authority was to send the same cleaning crew with at least two people each time they cleaned. I asked them to skip a few rooms and only vacuum in two rooms. I mainly wanted them to concentrate on the most used rooms and bathrooms.

Description of Work: CLEANED APARTMENT. I HAD RECEIVED AN ADVERTISEMENT IN THE MAIL AND CALLED FOR A QUOTE FOR CLEANING MY LOWER LEVEL 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT. I REQUESTED THOROUGH DETAIL (TOP TO BOTTOM)AND TO ALSO INCLUDE WINDOWS, MIRRORS AND STAIRWAY.
