R & R Improvements

Description of Work: Replaced bathroom floors, painted bedroom and bathroom, repaired ceiling leak, refinished cabinets, repaired sunporch.

Description of Work: Ron Black reinforced and stabilized our garage' structure to strengthen it. He removed the old wood, and replaced it with nice vinyl siding. He also added gutters and downspouts, a new window and door. He even repaired the cracked concrete floor. Our 90 year old garage looks and feels brand new. We get many compliments! Soon he will be replacing our house's front door and sidelights. Mr. Black and his co-worker does a commendable job.

Description of Work: When we called R & R Improvements we had a host of problems with a room off the back of our house. Originally, it had been a typical bungalow back porch. The previous homeowner had expanded the porch and then enclosed it for an additional bedroom. Because of poor construction methods used by the previous homeowner and critter damage, the room was now literally crumbling and it has to come down within a year. So that we can begin demolishing the room, we asked R & R Improvements to install an exterior door between the kitchen and the room, a double exterior door between a bedroom and the room, a replacement window in the bedroom and an interior door in the bedroom. We also asked that a temporary support be installed under one corner of the room so that it can be demolished safely.

Description of Work: House painting (inside).Laminate flooring, and insulation work.

Description of Work: Recently R & R Improvements placed new wood trim in my bedroom...including chair rail and crown molding. He also painted interior doors. He did a fantastic job. All the wood trim matched perfectly. He is very precise with his work and very neat and clean with his jobs..! His price has always been lower than any other contractor I have checked with. He is very easy to work with and will do whatever it is you would like... He also tries to help you by giving suggestions for a better result with your job.. He has helped me in the past to make better decisions on my work.. I have used R & R in the past many times with great results....He has painted the outside of my house, he has redone my bathroom completely with having to put walls where my tub once was, plumbing, electric, new tile, etc and they all turned out beautiful and not a piece of dirt left behind...He has placed new windows and doors also..He has been in construction a long time and I think can do anything..! He also can build furniture if you would like....!!! All in all,it hasbeen a great experience to have him fix my house,, which is like 26 years old..he will do the smallest jobs to the biggest...! He has been a great find for all of my fix it needs.!

Description of Work: We used R & R Improvements 3 weeks ago. They replaced a door in my basement, and they also redid all of the plumbing in my house.

Description of Work: R & R improvements remodeled my 2 bathrooms and my kitchen. He has a great eye for tile work and is creative with his designs. He cleaned up the areas every day before he left.

Description of Work: Installed soffit and fascia.
