Their poor communication with my electrical subs cost me an additional $2,500 dollars in charges. Adding insult to injury, the display in my family tv-room has a gaggle of wires exposed all of which are too short for my $300 mount to even work. Because the wires were all too short I can't even pull-out/extend the mount as designed. I asked Dwayne if he'd come back to address the too-short wires on 12/11/13 and have as yet never received a response.
Description of Work: In spring 2013 I had MFP work on a whole-house network and speaker job which came in around $7,000. Among the things they did for me were installation of tv mounts, speakers, and a media cabinet.

We were presented with good and best options to choose from for all sound, TV, and system components. The work was done in conjunction with finishing our lower level. Dwayne and the team from MFP worked closely with the contractor, his foreman, and staff to work around their schedule and to be available to put in wiring as it fit with the contractors work schedule in process. Dwayne did not try to over-charge us, was professional, respectful, and treated us with an eye towards building a long term customer. They have great products, great advice and do great work! We could not be happier with the results.
Description of Work: We had a 12 zone whole house sound system and two home theaters installed. I already had a high end stereo system and they were able to incorporate these components in the overall system design. Every other stereo/home theater store I interviewed only wanted to sell me new equipment and treated me in a condescending way. The other companies interviewed made assumptions based on my zip code and home and thought I would pay whatever they charged. They were wrong!
