Description of Work: Keith was extremely prompt responding to my inquiry. Between Mon. and Sat., after initiating contact through Angie's List, Keith called, email was exchanged, site visited, job quoted, door and window inserts ordered and installed on detached garage. Due to misunderstanding about style of window inserts, those received on Fri. were returned and door with new inserts was installed Sat. Neighbors have complimented the appearance of new doors. Materials: doorLink 16'x7' 1 ply (uninsulated) 24 ga. steel door with optional manual lock override, LiftMaster 1/2 hp. chain driven door opener with keypad and control panel, 3 remotes. Plus special installation: Dual 2"x6"x8' wood planks anchored to garage walls for mounting both side vertical tracks had to be removed and replaced; off track old wood door awkward to disassemble. After 4 months shakedown, all is operating just fine, and quiet. Contact Keith for a job done well, promptly and for a fair price.

He give me detailed instructions over the phone on how to fix the problem myself at no charge. He was very helpful, courteous, professional, and kind. I really appreciated his help and am glad I gave him the first call. Now my door works, and if it breaks, I know there is only one person I will call.

He saved me $200 by not purchasing something extra that I didn't need. He was honest and trustworthy. He even installed rollers and helped me close the garage for free before I even gave him the job. I called for an estimate to have my garage door replaced, because it had a dent in it which had been there since I bought the house. I was surprised by the low cost, and happy with the extremely quick response. When I decided to have the work done it was scheduled within a few days. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up the worksite before leaving. As an added bonus they fixed the unusually noisy track without even being asked. I have been very happy with the door, it looks so nice, and I have not had any problems with operation.

When an issue did arise, with a subcontractor Keith hired to help with aluminum wrapping for the door frame, Keith dealth with it quickly and professionally.
