I chose Keith's Door Service due to the proximity to my home. Keith answered the phone, listened and asked me to text him my address. He was busy at the time so texting was appropriate. He said he could make it the next day. I told him my husband would be at home--I was leaving for a vacation. I did text our address, my husband's name and phone #. Keith acknowledged receipt of the information, which I totally appreciated. Then Keith called later to say he could come today. He arrived and the whole repair was completed in very little time. I really appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism and attention to communication. This price was great too. I am spreading the word. Thank you Keith's Door Service.

After purchasing an online coupon and contacting Keith, Keith himself came to our house to fix a door that had come off the hinges. He even checked the other door and replaced a roller on it at no charge. He was here and gone in the morning really quickly! Rapid turnaround. Good service. He deserves the 'A' rating others have given him. I will definitely contact him for a bigger job in the future.

My first experience with Angie's list was this deal from Keith's Door Service and I am extremely satisfied with the results. He was available when I needed him, arrived on time and did a great job in a very short time. My door had been creaking and groaning so extremely I wasn't sure it could be saved. But after Keith's service it sounds like a new one and the mechanical box actually sparkles. I also asked him to replace weather stripping for an additional small charge. I will pass this information on to the management of my condo complex and will most certainly be using Angie's deals again.

Keith was straight forward and up front about the whole process. He was very responsive to all phone calls and questions; especially guiding me on what to buy for a new opener, and what to avoid. Keith was here on time, and finished even earlier than expected. He did a very nice job, and cleaned up after the work was done. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of garage door services or installation.

Keith called me and came out on a Saturday morning to help get our door fixed. He quickly diagnosed and changed the motherboard on the opener and replaced the rollers. I had him take a look at the rest of the door opener system and see if everything seemed o.k.. Keith took care of some other minor fixes and had everything working correctly. The fee to do this on top of the special I purchased was very reasonable and we were pleased with the service.

Replaced springs and rollers. Will certainly call him in the future! Prompt, honest, and fair.

Took about 10 minutes, but then he oiled the working parts to address the squeakiness. He also took the time to answer my questions, and pointed out areas of concern so I could plan for the future without trying to sell me something I didn't need. Needed to replace the broken coil spring on my overhead garage door. Found Keith's on Angie's List and all the reviews were great. Called Kieth and got a quote on the phone and a small Angie's list discount and scheduled the repair. Kieth showed up on time, completed the work promptly and professionally and even gave me an old garge door opener he had in the junk box to replace my missing opener. In addition to being an excellent repairman, keith was personable, knowledgable and an overall great guy. I would highly recommend Keith's Door Service.

Keith arrived promptly, in fact, he was originally scheduled to come the day after I called but, he had a cancellation so came the same day. My door has made a strange sound since I bought the house. Keith replaced the rollers that were the wrong size as well as oiled what needed to be. I have a battery back up unit for the opener but Keith didn't seem to be familiar with it.

Keith came out and fixed the door. We have older doors and he said that the parts are no longer available. So he did his magic and fixed the board. Great guy and yes I will use his services again. Very happy with everything.

Fantastic. I would recommend Keith to anyone. Prompt, quick service. The door actually needed a part and he placed on the door and didn't add additional labor and it's fixed and wonder.

Keith was great! My door wouldn't open and when I pushed the button it just went click. Keith responded to my message very quickly and we scheduled him to come out early the next morning. He was very accomodating to my work schedule. He thought it sounded like the circuit board, checked it out and replaced it in a very short time. Keith even changed my burned out light bulbs in the opener. He was so quick that I even made it to work on time.

Excellent service!! I called Keith in the morning - and he was at my house in a little under 2 hours. Very punctual, professional, and he got the job finished in a short period of time - and now my garage door works flawlessly!! Will use Keith's service in the future - and will recommend Keith to anyone who needs work on their garage door!!

He came and changed the battery out for us. He is always here 10 minutes before the time he says he will be here, so we know he will be here. He is very professional, his truck was nice and clean and organized.

On a Sunday morning I ordered a package deal that was posted on Keith's website. This included a service call and roller replacement for $99.00. Keith called me shortly after I placed order (that's right, he call me on a Sunday). Told him that one of the main springs broke and wasn't able to get the door up. Set up date to have service done on the following Tuesday morning. Keith ask questions on the type and size of door so he could make sure he had the right parts. He called Monday morning and said he had a cancellation and could service door at noon. He showed up on time, took about 2 hours to preform work. The spring replacement cost an additional $175.00 (which he told me up front). I only gave Keith a C on price as I did not get a bid from any other company so I don't know if he was competitive but all went well and garage door was back in service.

Keith (owner) was punctual. Very professional and didn't waste anytime. He knew exactly what needed to be done and went to it. He successfully accomplished the work within about 15 minutes. I personally spent several hours with no success and much frustration. It pays to hire an expert. His final cost was less than what he qouted me. (Only paid $75 instead of $150) Shows honesty. Provided some invaluable tips to save money on a new garage door opener if needed. I'd recommend him to my friends. Overall, he seems like an honest business man, who's conscienctious about his work.

Great!!! I called on Thurs and on Monday morning had a new garage door. Keith did some extra's that he found needed to be done once new door was installed. Did not charge for those. Would highly recommend

Corrected several issues from our prior garage door repair service as well as the original construction. The downward tension was not set properly from our prior garage door repair service which caused the damage that we incurred. The door should have reversed itself when it encountered an object. Because of the incorrect tension, the door crumpled. Also, the frame work was not constructed properly when it was initially installed, causing the door not seat properly on the concrete and water to leak into garage. We thought the leaking was due to settling, but it was due to the improperly installed framework. We were very pleased.

An A rating is not high enough for Keith's Door Service. It should be AAAAAA+ for the quality, service and professionalism. Keith showed up on time and replaced the garage door. Then he went above and beyond what was expected by reprogramming my garage opener with my car remote. Thanks for a job well done!!

Left to go to work, and could not get out of the garage- after trying several times to get out started to panic because nothing I would do would get the door to open. I found Keith in the local newspaper- called to see if there was anything he could do at 7:30 in the morning. He asked if I would text my address to him, I did, and then waited patiently on the porch.30 minutes later, he called to see if I still needed him- He had never received my text ( have no idea who got my address) He was here within 15 minutes of that call. I explained what had happened on the way to the garage- He knew what was wrong before he even saw it. He had the spring fixed and I was on my way to work within an hour. I really appreciated that he called me back after not receiving the text- I probably would have waited another half hour before calling him back- it saved me a lot of time and worry. He was very kind and professional, and got me on my way to work in very short order. I would call him again in a heartbeat!
