We met shortly thereafter and he walked through the property, asked about what I wanted to do and explained the pros and cons of various options. Based on our conversation, he promptly sent me a bid that was within the range that we had talked about in our meeting. The project started two weeks later and was completed in the time frame that he originally described. The workers were friendly, informative, hard working and willing to answer all of our questions. The sprinkler ran for the first time last night and everything was great.
