Description of Work: I have used Bates Street Lock numerous times on the past. They have made house and auto keys at their shop and installed locks in my home. All have worked well. One complicated key was a car key replacement involving an ignition key requiring a programmed imbedded chip to match my car. That took Knowledge and expertise. I was very much impressed. I haven't used them since 2013 because l haven't needed any lock and key work done.
