The technician diagnosed the problem right away, & had the part in his truck. My washer would not drain, due to a faulty lid switch. Overall, it was a great experience!

The responsiveness of the company to my request, and professionalism of the tech who visited us was good. However, the tech was unable to do anything about the freezer because, according to him, our freezer model was one that could only be serviced by the maker (GE). According to the tech, this sort of information should have been apparent when I called to describe the problem. Instead I spent $69 to have a tech come and tell me something that the phone agent should have. Frustrating.

He did not have an invoice receipt to give me. I paid a lot for this little labor/time and part. Had to call back fir service as what had worked before had stopped working.

We totally thought this wasn’t gonna get fixed today however the repairman showed up in the middle of a snow storm! Must have had 8 inches of snow on the ground by the time he arrived and we are in MO, that’s a lot of snow! Problem diagnosed and fixed immediately! One million thanks to All American Appliance!

Benji was sent out and before he got here it started working again so I cancelled. The next day it didn't work again. Benji came out on his day off and repaired it for me. Also, the parts that were not working correctly were just disconnected and he was able to fix them instead of charging me for new parts. How many repair places are honest enough to do that? The best part is that he raved about his company and how much he liked the owner and felt appreciated in his job. I highly recommend them for any repair work!

We have a 10 +/- year old Maytag dishwasher. The "Clean" indicater light kept blinking and we could not fix it ourselves. Per the online owners manual, we had to call a repair service company. It took no time for our techincian, Allan, to find the source of the problem; our HEATER ELEMNET went out...had a tiny crack in it. Also, Allan noticed that our door gasket was worn out and cracking (we knew the gasket was wearing out) ... we had that replaced too. Allan also shared his tricks of the trade in regards to what products were good/better/best to use with our Maytag dishwasher! We are 100% satisfied with All-American Appliance Services, Inc. and their technician Allan! (NOTE: The parts had to be ordered and shipped.)

Great! Our repairman was timely, prompt, thorough, and professional. He had all of the parts he needed and even identified another that he fixed quickly.

Wonderful!! Vic Williams contacted me by phone shortly after I put in my request for help. He had never worked on my make of stove, but diagnosed the problem over the phone and my oven was ready to use. (What a God-send to a widow, whose husband used to solve all the household glitches!) Called Tuesday night 9 pm and was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Easy scheduling and very promp service. Tech was able to fix the problem same day. Thank you for saving my food. I highly recommend this company.

they came out to we paid them 69.00 to see what was wrong and they wanted 180.00 to fix it....too high.....I then called another company on the list and they charged me 117.00 for the whole job...!!!

My 19-year-old Kenmore refrigerator was no longer cooling and the freezer was quickly thawing out. First, I called Sears Home Services and got transferred to a call center. I was informed that a diagnostic service call would cost $125. Any parts and labor would be incremental. The earliest possible opening available was more than a week away. The call center agent then tried to upsell me, stating they would only charge me $80 for diagnosis, parts, and labor...provided I agreed to be billed $49 each and every subsequent month for coverage for all my appliances. Left with a bad taste in my mouth, I pulled up Angie's List and found All American Appliance. I spoke to Alex who -- unlike the Sears call center agent -- knows how to repair a refrigerator. In an attempt to diagnose the problem, Alex asked me several questions. He offered a hypothesis as to what might be causing the problem and suggested a corrective action. He scheduled a service call within 48 hours, but asked me to call him prior to the appointment to see if the corrective action worked. It did! I called Alex back, canceled the appointment, and thanked him for his time and expertise. Clearly, Alex was focused on providing great customer service...not on making a quick buck. That said, I will most definitely call All American Appliance if / when I need help in the future.

They required $69 to come estimate. That was deducted when we hired them to do the work. They replaced a water pump and I asked them to look at the timer and they replaced that as well. It was all done for under $335. I was grateful it was no more than that. They also helped us sort out the balancing issues we have had with the machine and didn't charge for that. It was a great experience all around. Did wait but one day for the parts.

The F9 code on internet showed a problem with oven door lock. Nick did not think that was the problem area. He said he had a idea what the problem was but would not proceed until he talked to GE Tech support. He was right and a blower motor was problem. He ordered the part replace fan and check old fan and that was the problem. I would always us Nick, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. 12 out of a 10!

They went out of their way to get the job done at s time that was convenient for me. Very professional and courteous service men, Johnny and.Ben. The Manager, Boris, is exemplary in seeing that the job is done in a timely manner. Quality work! I will hire them again if needed. Thank you!

It took 2 visits to successfully diagnose the cause of our problem. The water valve for the ice maker had to be replaced. The work was good. The price was high but within the range of reasonable. We paid just under $200. Our problem was it took 2 weeks to get the problem resolved and get our ice maker working again.

I was impressed with the responsiveness after I contacted them via email. I sent an email later Sunday night and got a phone call at around 7 the next morning. We set up a time and the technician arrived within the window stated on Thursday. They couldn't get the job done that day. The technician lived close to me so we arranged for me to be the last appointment the following Thursday. I rearranged my schedule on that day to accommodate the later arrival. I get a call from the technician at 9:15am and they said they would be at my place later in the morning. I had to remind them of the arrangement made last week which was totally their idea. I'm not sure why they forgot about that. I got a call a little before 1:20pm stating they would be at my place after 3pm. I heard nothing until 5pm when they called stating they would be at my place in 20 minutes. They showed up an hour later. at 6pm. They called 20 minutes prior to apprise me they were in traffic in Manchester (surprise surprise). The dryer got fixed pretty quickly. The garbage disposal was another deal. After working on it a while, they had to go to the hardware store for something. They came back and worked on it some more. It was 8:45pm by this time when they said they would have to get another garbage disposal and install that. We made arrangements for them to come a third time tomorrow night. This has been way too complicated and it is taking way too long. I don't want to hire them again.

#1 was a 1 yr 8 month old Whirlpool dryer used in small business, so used a LOT and a fan belt was wearing out already. He fixed it, cleaned out inside and did a bit of a tune-up. #2 was a 2003 yr Estate (old Kenmore) dryer with door safety switch not working. He fixed it despite it's age and found a part in truck that would work...we both agree it's often better to repair these older models and keep em around cause the newer ones designed to fail very quickly & many made in other countries as cheap as possible. Both guys experts, friendly and cleaned up afterwards.

Dyer was tumbling but was not heating up. Technician found the hi-limit thermostat tripped and he reset it and it worked while he was here but tripped again after one load the next day. They ordered a hi-limit switch after I called and installed it as soon as they received it. They applied some of the cost of the first visit to the second. Overall they did a very good job. Cost seemed reasonable. Prompt service after I called, within a couple of days. They do work on the weekends but when I called they did have a 3-4 day back log for the Bosch technician. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Repairman arrived on time and immediately found the problem - I needed a new motor. This dryer is about 10 - 1 2 years old, so I did not want to replace the motor. I was charged $69.00 and repairman told me if I changed my mind within the next 30 days he can apply the $69.00 to the cost of the new motor. After looking at the cost of new dryers online I decided to have All American Appliance order a new motor and install it. Additional charge was $270.00, total charge was $339.00. Repairman was very efficient and knowledgeable of appliances. I now have a good company to call when I have an appliance needing repair .

The job was done well as far as I know. What I don't like is their coupon for Free Service Call (with repair over $69). The coupon is fake coupon and doesn't have any value. They just quoted me a total repair cost around $200 and said that has already applied the coupon and can't take out the $69 Service Call Fee. For the dishwasher repair, $200 is just the market price including the service call. You can find any appliance repair company to get the job done around $200. So no any extra benefit for this coupon. If you want select All American Appliance Service Inc, please don't be attracted by this coupon. Just make you decision as if no coupon.

He was polite and honest about the repairs needed, and if it needed to be replaced.

The dryer went fine. There was an issue with the ice maker, that caused a second trip. We first disagreed on the solution. They heard my side of the story, understood it, and made things right - even though it may not have fit into their normal mode of operation. This earned them high marks and my respect. I gave them a "B" on cost because I did not have anything to compare their cost to.
